Sitting in the waiting room awkwardly, you hugged your jacket closer to yourself only to wince when it pulled at your bandages. You were waiting for Theo to get checked out and for Lizzie to finish signing paperwork. Bless Theo's dads for paying for all three of your medical bills. They had been so worried for the three of you and now were currently with Theo.

Leaning back in the plastic chair, you clasped your hands together and rubbed the side of your fist with your thumb. Jack had left either when you fell asleep or very early in the morning.

The early rays of the sun filtered through the blinds of the windows and warmed your cheeks. It was silent, with the exception of the receptionist typing away by her desk.

Your head lifted towards one of the hallways where hushed voices were coming from. You raised a brow when two men entered the waiting room. The taller one was shoving the shorter one into the waiting room while whisper shouting at him. They looked familiar.

The shorter one, wearing a hat and a really torn up plaid jacket stumbled after being shoved before he turned to the other, pouting and crossing his arms.

   "Fine! Fine, jeez."

The taller one, with a beard and glasses sighed and rubbed his eyes.

   "Thank you."

You watched as the more tired of the two turned back into the hallway and disappeared from your view. The other one readjusted his hat and mockingly muttered something under his breath before kicking an imaginary rock.

Putting his hands to his hips, he turned towards the seats. His annoyed expression dissipated when his eyes landed on you. You could recognized that edgy eyeshadow anywhere.

"Bunny!"

He grinned at you and clapped his hands together. He took swift strides, before plopping in the seat next to you.

Pushing down your surprise and confusion, you smiled tiredly at the man.

   "Hey, Halloween guy."

His wide smile never left his face, and he puts his arms around the back of both chairs giving off a very laidback attitude.

"Well! Never thought I'd see you again, especially not in a hospital."

You chuckled politely and scratched your cheek.

"Well, it's nice to see you again, as strange as the circumstances are."

You offered with a small smile. He nodded in agreement, "It's always nice to see me." With that he let out a loud laugh at his own comment. You raised a brow and huffed in amusement.

Sitting forward in his chair, he brought his one arm down from the back of the chair on his left and extended a hand to you.
