[A/N] I have a Twitter account now, where I'll mention if I'm delaying a chapter. So when in doubt check there. My name is @OkiNeptune.
There was another ice lolly left over that I noticed as we were leaving the class, people were only too glad to get out of the sauna and readily pushed past me as I noted it laying unattended. Melon wasn't my favourite flavour but if no one else was looking for it I wasn't going to say no. "Anyone got one left?" I asked the class, and was readily ignored.
Jacob stopped ahead of me at the doorway of the classroom, glancing back at me as I picked it up, a couple people hovering around him like they were wondering if this was an opportunity to hang out with him but after a moment of him watching me with a frosty gaze, either pretending to or not at all noticing them. They moved away, awkward glances shared between them.
I tore the wrapper off and heard the short scrape noise of a chair moving on the floor behind me and glanced to see Atlas getting up from his seat to move to the front.
Technically it could still be his but I had already torn the wrapper off and I could have asked him if he still had one left but I didn't want to start acting too friendly with the both of them, as though their... well what they must have deemed a punishment, had worked.
So I just watched him as I slowly started sucking at it, running my hand through my hair to get it to stop sticking to my forehead, or near my ears.
I was ready to leave, I shifted my backpack further up my shoulder and walked toward the exit, glancing up at Jacob as I went.
Jacob was making a weird expression still, but it was hard to discern what exactly his expressions meant because they all seemed to be a slightly different variety of a glare.
Even though I knew logically I hadn't done anything worth... I hadn't done anything wrong. I still got a little nervous walking by him.
My heart jumped in my throat when a hand caught my wrist from behind, I swung my head back in shock and saw Atlas casually pulling my wrist back, his fingers closing around it as he moved.
I looked up at him with wide eyes, pulling the ice lolly from my mouth slowly.
I expected to get decked or something, even though Atlas didn't look annoyed. His dyed sandy blond hair was a little darker than usual, his gaze unfocussed even as he squinted down at me, his muscles flexing as he pulled my arm back.
"Wh-"
He grabbed the ice lolly from my hand and I sorta jolted in shock, watching in confusion as he stuck it into his mouth. His lips expanding as he slid it in between them, his tongue briefly visible, brushing the underside of it. I swallowed as I pulled back, my heart racing.
"Mine. I had one." He responded curtly.
I yanked my arm back from his grip, my skin burning, needing no reminders of other occasions, especially since we were alone, with Jacob watching the two of us.
"I asked if it belonged to anyone." I groused, backing away from him.
His lips curved. "I like ignoring you."
I frowned at him, my face felt flushed. "Fuck you then, give it back."
He laughed. Sliding the ice lolly the entire way down into his mouth, and then pulling it out, his tongue gliding along the bottom, his lips wet and red. Was that hard to do? I stared, my eyes wide, maybe it wasn't hard to do, I didn't try. His tongue looked dark pink against the white ice. I wasn't sure why I was watching, or why it sent a slight tingle down to my cock.
