[Akara's POV]

"What time did you leave yesterday son?" Owen Earning, Assistant to the Headmaster, asked me with a smile that was meant to comfort me.

I scratched the back of my neck as I leaned back in the chair opposite him in the therapists office where he was conducting the interviews.

"I don't remember, why? What's this about?"

He smiled. "Somethings arisen with a fellow colleague of mine and we just want to figure out exactly what's happened. No one's in any trouble, we're just asking a couple students some questions..."

We were lucky to finish in time, by the time Marsh must have called in, or come in to get them to question us about it, it was already the morning. By the first lesson, after registration and study period, we were already being pulled out of our classes.

I'd already called Amir a few hours ago and let him know that he had a stomach bug would be better off pretending to be in pain in bed than at school in case Marsh came back.

The first person he would head for would be Amir, provided he remembered being handed the coffee. Jacob suggested he might not but I wasn't so sure.

The whole initial plan was to go in there when he was passed out, take some pictures of him in humiliating positions, and use it as a counter blackmail to his video of us.

It might not have worked, and there wasn't much I could do that wouldn't scar the fuck out of me even touching the guy, much less undressing him, but I didn't feel like I had any other choices I could think of. At the time I thought Atlas and Jacob would tell me to let him publish the video, and let us split ways to avoid the ire of his father.

I didn't expect them to flip out and beat the shit out of him.

I chuckled to myself for a moment, saw the look Mr Earning gave me and straightened my expression. "Why am I involved?"

"He says that you might have been upset with him, so you might have had motive to be involved, that's all."

I scoffed. "Who is this? Mr Peters? I didn't do anything to anyone..."

Acting? Five stars, I was just waiting for my Nobel prize at this point,.

"It's not Mr Peters."

"Then who? Most of the teachers here don't like me anyway."

He smiled. "I suppose it's unavoidable to mention his name. It's Mr Marsh, the head of the PE department. I heard you two don't have the best relationship?"

I frowned. "Why? Mr Peters is the one that made me go to him every morning for a while, for a uniform inspection, it's not like I'd be mad at Mr Marsh for that..."

I gave him an inquisitive look as he sat in silence for a moment, watching me.

Actually I had a nervous bubble in my stomach the entire time, but I made a conscious effort not to scratch the back of my neck or swallow excessively or look around too much.

"Did you ever have any kind of argument with him?"

I shrugged. "Not really."

"Not really?"

"He sometimes thinks I'm wearing the uniform wrong. Even when I'm not."

He nodded. "I see. Nothing else?"
