[A/N] Okay the right chapter this time! Here we go!

I give this chapter..... 🚞🚞🚞🚞 4/5 cliffs !

[Akara's POV]

"Can I tell them first?" Amir whispered as we left the nurses room.

"Are you kidding? You think they'll let me do this?"

"Atlas-"

"Yeah maybe but not Jacob. I'll get a new ass crack ripped open if he finds out."

Amir wrung his hands nervously as we headed down the hall to the teachers office staffroom and raised his hand to knock on the door.

He looked at me and I gestured for him to knock.

He knocked but looked a little nervous and the teacher opening the door started a little with how close Amir was. "Uh, what can I do for you two gentlemen? Shouldn't you be in class?" She looked over the two of us, a little criticism passing as he saw me.

Amir pretended to look impatient. "Did Mr Collin send someone else? I was supposed to get him a coffee before leaving..."

She frowned at him. "No one's come yet. I'll get you the coffee but your friend should really be heading to class first. This isn't a two man job guys."

I nodded hurriedly and immediately started leaving.

I wouldn't feel good about it until we were there.

A minute or two later Amir hurried down the hall with the coffee and duck walked over to me. "Come on, lets go, lets go!"

"In the stairwell!" I ushered him inside, it was the one everyone that wasn't taking the lift used but during class time there wouldn't be many people about.

We hurried inside and I put the bottle on the floor, getting out my keys to use as a pestle.

"This feels like a really bad idea..." He whispered, looking a bit skittish.

I reached out. "Come on... Give me the coffee..."

[Atlas's POV]

I won't lie and pretend I was stoic and cool because I wasn't. I felt my heart thumping in my chest as I looked for him. That was our first stop, Akara, he needed to give us a full explanation. No options.

It made sense now, Jacob muttered, that he'd probably meant to tell us last night.

I didn't really recall how the night ended, not because of the alcohol but because the last thing I remembered was how comfy the bed was, how warm and tired I was. Akara had this nice scent on his skin that smelled like it would taste good but I was too drowsy to check and see.

It reminded me of the nap we took in his bed. I woke up feeling so good and I couldn't even describe the different ways I felt good, I properly didn't understand it in the first place.

Maybe he'd gotten too drunk and forgot what he wanted to say, maybe he said it and we forgot...

"He still thought it was Tabitha only a bit ago."

"So it has to have started yesterday..." I nodded.

"Unless Marsh has the video there's no way Akara would sit there and take that shit."
