Chris and Gordie were awoken to the sound of babies crying and dogs barking. Gordie groaned from the bottom bunk in Chris's room as he grabbed the pillow from under his bed and slammed it over his head, trying to block out the noise.

Chris laughed from his top bunk as he rolled off and landed on his feet, pulling the pillow from Gordie's face.

"Don't you just love this houses alarm clock?" He asked Gordie sarcastically.

Gordie glared at him as he accepted Chris's hand and the pair got up, slowly attempting to get dressed as the noise died down.

"You think it's going to come today?" Chris mumbled, breaking the silence.

Gordie shrugged as he slipped a top on and faced Chris, who gave him a weak smile in return.

"It will come don't worry. And hey it's Saturday! No fucking school! We can do whatever we want!" Chris said excitedly as he gently shook Gordie, leading him out and down the stairs.

The pair walked into the kitchen to living room to see Eyeball knelt on the floor, facing the sofa where the two newest Chambers sat.

Flynn Wilder Chambers and Zachary Asher Chambers had been born after a long and tiring 19 hour labour. During which Athena had successfully called Eyeball every swear word imaginable, banned him from ever touching her again and threatening to chop off his dick and feed it to the dogs.

Eyeball was happily making faces at both babies as he turned to both boys entering.

"Oh great, take over for me I'm fucking starving." He said as jumped up and grabbed both Chris and Gordie and yanked them in front of the twins.

Just as he was about to head into the kitchen Athena walked in, balancing Denny on her hip with one hand and holding the dogs leads with the other.

She instantly offered him the dogs leads as he pouted at her.

"Seriously? I'm starving!" He begged.

She raised her eyebrow at him and he slunk back slightly. "Dogs or babies, take your pick Chambers."

"I pick sleep." He mumbled as he reached out and took the dogs leads.

Athena scoffed at him. "I don't even know what sleep is anymore."

"We can take the dogs!" Gordie said as he leapt up and faced his cousin and cousin-in-law.

"We can?" Chris said shocked as he stood up.

Gordie turned and nodded at him before looking back at Athena.

"We'll take the kids too. Let you both sleep for a bit."

Chris coughed as he shook his head quickly but Gordie slapped him before looking back at Athena and Eyeball.

"Gordie..." she started as she slowly walked forward, a sympathetic look on her face.
