Scarlett's POV:
"Someone has some anger issues this morning." Robert shouted out to me across the gym. We were both doing workouts to keep us in shape for the physical scenes we'll be shooting through the movie. I hadn't noticed how aggressive I had been in my sparring session with the trainer.
I had been caught up in thought about Y/n and what she had told Lizzie and me at the weekend. It broke my heart to see her like that as she shared her story. It was very obvious that she had closed off that part of her life and I could see how uncomfortable she felt at the thought that she was vulnerable. If only she knew how strong she really is.
Hearing her story created this deep routed anger in me that someone could do that to her and got away with it. All I wanted to do was know who it was and take out all this anger on him. Clearly that anger was being expressed in my workout.
"Sorry, I got distracted." I apologised to Jack, my trainer. "No don't apologise, that was good. Keep it up. Whatever the distraction was, use it." He responded taking his position on the mat to go again. I did exactly what he said, and this time actively used that anger and managed to take him down pretty easily which I hadn't done before.
I stood over him pretty proud of myself and I could hear Robert clapping in the background. "Are you doing any work over there Downey?" I shout whilst he just shrugs at me. The rest our session is uneventful, and I'm completely shattered when we're done.
"God, that training session near killed me!" I said leaving the gym with Robert. "How come your sessions are so much easier than mine?" I complained, downing the bottle of water I had. Robert just chuckled. "Joys of having most of my stunts being done through CGI!" He taunted light heartedly. I rolled my eyes and gave him a gentle shove as we made our way out.
We started walking back to our cars in the lot enjoying each other's company. "I'm planning a party on Friday night for the cast and crew. Thought it would be a good chance for us to unwind before filming gets more intense." Robert explained. I nodded, liking the sounds of a night out with everyone. "I've booked out the Playhouse and I thought perhaps you could invite Y/n?" He asked tentatively.
I smiled at the mention of her name and the thought of spend a night out with her. "Of course, I'll ask her later. Though she may not be able to if she can't find a babysitter. Sophie watched Ava last weekend when we had dinner at Lizzie's, and I know Y/n doesn't like to take advantage." I explained, trying to temper both his and my own expectations.
He nods but has his thinking face on. "Perhaps she could stay with Susan and the kids. It would be a good chance for the kids to see each other again, they had a great time at the beach." I love how considerate he was of Y/n. He really liked her and was always keen for her to join us where she could.
"Well why don't I text her now and then you can call her later and offer up Susan's babysitting services if she says yes?" I suggest earning a satisfied head nod. I grab my phone out of my pocket and open up my messages with Y/n to see she had sent me a picture of Ava playing with her Frozen Lego castle along with her Black Widow doll fighting the ice monster.

She couldn't decide which to play with so decided for a crossover. Maybe something you could pitch to Marvel? Hope you're having a good day.
I chuckle at her joke and can't help the wide smile that appears on my face which doesn't go unnoticed by Robert. "She is one cute kid." He states whilst peering over my shoulder. "Her Mom's not to bad either." He teases giving me a little nudge. I respond by just shaking my head and continue to respond to Y/n.
Black Widow🕷:
Loving the new movie idea. It has potential! I've just had my ass kicked at the gym whilst Robert enjoyed the show. Who by the way is having a party on Friday and wanted to know if you wanted to come?
