62. Beyond Fixable

"That's convenient," Ryder stated. Trevon, Ryder, and Legend had been having a conversation about the Isabelle situation. Travion was also invited, however he did not come because Trevon was there.

He meant what he said about forgetting him and him not existing. He purposely waited for Trevon to leave and five minutes later entered the mansion with Legend and Ryder.

"What is?" He played as if he didn't know. "I texted you an hour ago, we waited twenty minutes and you still didn't come. Now minutes later after Trevon leaves, you're here. Is something going on with you two?" Ryder questioned.

He's always paying attention to everyone but his own son. "Nothing is going on. He's going on about his new life and I'm doing the same. I didn't come here to talk about my problems. If so we'll be here all year so let's just get to it".

His problems were his problems and technically no longer a problem because a twin no longer exists to him. He doesn't want it that way, but it has to be. Take one for the team. Even if it means the entire team.

Ryder and Legend were both wondering in their minds what could possibly be going on. Trevon didn't actually have any comments when they brought up Travion. He did what Travion told him to.

At least he acted like he did. Acted as if he wasn't even a person. The problem between the twins is something they took interest in but wouldn't continue to pry since there were bigger problems at hand.

"Okay, I felt since you two are Ryan's brothers, you should know first. Ryan has transitioned and has manifested into a full Tribrid" Legend informed him. Though they weren't exactly the first to know.

Travion's reaction was quite surprising and definitely the opposite of Trevon who stood silent with his mouth dropped. Travion laughed and it was like an evil laugh. A laugh that said I'm really angry and about to fuck some shit up.

It made no since Ryan completed transition because he hated being supernatural at all. He hated being a wolf and having magic. He hated being a vampire, a monster. He hated himself.

He hated everything so badly, you didn't even need to share a conversation with him to know it. Everyone knew it. What he couldn't wrap his head around was how and why? Certainly, it wasn't his decision.

"How?" He asked. Legend's eyes descended to his hands which were now being balled into a fist. One thing that riled him the quickest was his family. He would do anything to protect them. Even leave them.

Yet when he asked, Legend looked at Ryder with a nervous expression. Travion doesn't take bad news well like- ever. You could understand the hesitance. But Ryder nodded his head for Legend to explain.

"One of Isabelle's vampires killed Ryan's mate Iymani. Iymani killed Ryan, and his girlfriend completed his transition" He summarized. The extra details weren't important because if he explained fully, Travion would be angrier than he is now.

With quickness, he stood up and flipped the living room table causing both Ryder and Legend to vamp away since it was falling towards them. The two glasses filled with blood shattered on the floor and it got to Ryder a little due to his disrespectfulness to his home.

"How could you let this happen?! What the fuck were you and that bitch talking about?!" He spoke directly to Ryder. Supposedly, Ryder told them he had it under control. Same Legend told Ryan.

It seemed as if no one had it under control because his brother was someone he didn't want to be. He was also a reminder of someone he loved the most, but couldn't be with. It's a painful reminder he had to live the rest of his days living in.

He was furious knowing Isabelle struck again and it had been Ryan to suffer the consequences. Everyone seems to get more upset when it comes down to Ryan and it's because he's innocent and vulnerable.
