⚠️⚠️⚠️Warning! Smut Scene Ahead!

Iymani had been dreading the day to end. She's been frightened by him before, many times more than she could count. However, now she was completely terrified.

Her tiny hairs on her nape had been rising the closer she had gotten to the door of his - their hotel room. She could remember the first time they had been in that exact room.

The day she woke up in transition, and the day she snapped his neck. There was no regret or remorse in her heart for what she had done. She would've done it over and over again if she could go back in time.

Ryan was a good guy before his transition, but she preferred the aggressive, murderous, the evil Ryan no matter how much he frightened her. No matter how much fear he pummeled into her heart.

Rubbing her sweaty hands together as she slowly ascended up the stairs, she tried calming herself as her chest was rising and falling so harshly. Her heart had been erratically and loudly thumping underneath her flesh.

She was sure he could hear it. She didn't want to be scared of him, only for him to see her as strong and not weak as she called Camilla once before.

Even through the trembling of her body, thinking back to the day she had been abused against multiple trees. Basically marking their territory time and time again.

She didn't believe she could be in the same position for hours and still enjoy their time together. The first time they spent time together at this very hotel, she was sure he popped her legs.

Bending her to his will and placing her in compromising positions.

Positions that pained her as much as pounding inside her pained her. The pain is what had her aroused as she did more than like it. She craved it.

When he put her in her place hours ago, she knew he would make sure she stays in it by the time he is done with her. However, if she stayed in it, he had no reason to put her in it again. It was a tactic.

As many times he threatened to kill her, she survived through it all. She felt more than confident he wouldn't kill her, only make her suffer. Suffering is what they both enjoyed.

Yet she knew if she was to do something way out of line, he would end her with no thought. That's what frightened her. That she would disobey him and mess with him as much as she wanted, but she had limits to it.

She had finally gotten him, and she intended to keep him.

Standing at the end of the hallway, she stared at the door in front of her. Her hands had been sweaty, her heart had been racing, her body was trembling, she's been breathing heavily ever since she stepped foot inside the lobby, and her mind couldn't decide whether to trigger fight or flight response.

'I'm not weak' She thought to herself. No, she had been scared. Despite her ability to soak her panties by the scent of her mate, she didn't have the ability to open the door.

Nor had she been in a rush to participate in an act she's been wanting since she laid eyes on him.

Since she finally did have her way with him. She wanted it desperately, but why couldn't she open the door? That's what fear, real and unconditional fear had done to her.

Put her in a place where she had to struggle for what she really wanted and the desire to stay alive. Similar to her mate. Similar to Ryan.

After seconds of standing there, her mind had chosen flight and she turned around to leave. He hadn't said it was imperative that she came. He only demanded it. But never said it wasn't a choice.
