Sol Levante - Digital Can Still Be Handdrawn (7/17/21)

I'm writing this because I saw a review for Sol Levante claiming that the series isn't hand drawn when it actually is. I wish people would get it out of their heads that hand drawing something only means drawing something on a sheet of paper, when it means drawing anything by hand. The fact what's drawn isn't on paper and is being drawn into a digital format.

I find it rather ironic because people keep talking about how a series is good imply because the art is good and right here is an Anime showcasing the fact the art of modern Animation isn't actually even hitting the mark of where Animation could be with the digital age. More often we see this level of Animation in movies rather than television shows yet its still not hitting the mark as the short does because movies are still produced at a fast pace so they can be mass consumed, whereas the older series took a lot longer to create.
