A few fans have taken this line as confirmation that the pairing between Keith and Allura won't happen.

Bex: They have a bromance, that's it.

Except there are two problems with this. The first comes from the fact they were talking about a thread where people claimed Keith and Allura were only friends, and as another person has pointed out, Bex was more likely poking fun of the thread more than anything. In fact, the second issue makes it very likely she was poking fun of those saying they're just friends.

Here is the definition of bromance.

Urban Dictionary – Describes the complicated love and affection shared by two straight males.
Wikipedia – A bromance is a close, emotionally intense, non-sexual bond between two men.
Merriam-Webster – a close nonsexual friendship between men
Dictionary(dot)com – a relationship between two men that is extremely close but does not involve sex
Oxford Dictionaries – a close but non-sexual relationship between two men
Internet Slang – non-sexual relationship between two men
Collins – a bromance is a close but non sexual relationship between two men

In other word's Bex said something that can't be true, because the definition of the word requires both Keith and Allura to be male. She's likely poking fun of the fact the interactions between the two characters definitely leans towards romance, but also the fact Keith and Allura is a no-brainer pairing for Voltron due to its standing in the previous canons, and the fact the series creators are simply remaking the original material better, not changing it to fit personal wish fulfillment.
