MAL originally.
That's pretty much my thoughts after the first few episodes, but then - while I get the Isekai genre is suddenly popular among people who weren't into before like I was, but a lot of the series I see people rave about are where the hero drops into a world which can't solve its problems on its own to the point of making the people of the world look like idiots, yet the reason these series are loved is because - gasp - one can self-insert themselves as the protagonist for wishfulfillment purposes.
This is not a good representation of the genre, where the hero has everything handed to them.
And then there's his harem, because the only way females can get ahead in this world is to tie themselves to someone as a wife or a concubine. Like, nope. That's sexist.
