Camila’s POV

“You have your child inside your car, and yet you are being careless while driving.” Sevann talked seriously after leaving the room. “What would you do if something happened to your child? You will lose your child, for fuck’s sake.” He remained calm while scolding me.

I will lose our child.. I said it at the back of my mind. I really felt so bad for being so careless while driving.

“I... I was so nervous earlier! I did not get enough sleep, and I still need to do something so my brain wasn’t working properly earlier!” I reasoned out with some spice of truths.

I really felt so much nervousness while driving, even though I tried to calm myself. That was my first time being so careless, because I did not know what I need to do that time.

As the minutes passes by, the temperature of Camile became more high so it made me worried about her.

He raised a brow at me and almost rolled his eyes. “What do you need to do?” “Is it important?”

“It is,” I told him as I leaned to the wall, outside of his room. I take a deep breath after glancing at his serious face. I turned my gaze at the window. “What now? Ang tagal pa tumila ng ulan.”

I saw him looking at his watch on his wrist.

I had the urge to say that Camile was his child as well, but, I don’t think that was a good idea.

I raised a brow at him.

“You sounded like you wanted me to sleep outside,” He smirked at me as he shook his head. I was about to complain when he talked again.

“Where are you going?” He asked me.

He pushed his tongue against his cheek while breathing softly. A little smirk was plastered on his face. He added.

He grabbed my arms so I had to stop myself from walking.

I faced him with so much irritation.

He heaved a sigh. “Wait for me.” He told me and immediately leave.

When he came back, he already holding an umbrella. He glanced at the outside, the rain won’t stop.

He handed me the umbrella. “You needed this.” He said and leave me after that.
