I've finally been discharged out of hospital after a couple of days. River has still been sick for that past few days so to hopefully make her feel better I wanted to show her a surprise as soon as we left the hospital.

Theo already knows about it since he helped me out. It took us months to do and it was all from scratch.

"Pull over." River grumbles, taking her seat belt off as she covers her mouth.

This is the second time I've pulled over since we got in the car.

I do what she says and she quickly opens the door, throwing up on the side of the road. I hold her hair back and rub her back gently.

"We should take you to a doctor baby. This isn't just a flu." I sigh. Being the stubborn ass she is, she refuses to go to the doctor in hopes that whatever sickness she has will just go away.

"No." She groans, laying her head back down in the car seat as she closes the door. She washes her mouth out with water and then starts chewing a mint.

"We're going after this. I don't care if you like it or not." I deadpan, starting the car back up and driving off.

"I hate you." She grumbles, glaring out the window.

She's also been having these random mood swings. It's kind of scary.

"I love you too."

She mutters a series of curse words under her breath in Spanish and shoots me a glare. Her glare soon softens and she leans over, placing a kiss on to my cheek.

"You know I love you, right?" She asks softly.

See what I mean with these mood swings.

I bring her hand to my mouth and kiss the back of it. "I know." I glance over at her and smile.

"Good because if any other bitch tells you that they're lying." She deadpans.

I chuckle and shake my head at her, parking my car as soon as we reach our destination. God, I love this girl.

I get out of the car and rush over to her side before she can open the door. "Close your eyes for me, love." I say, holding on to her hand.

She furrows her eyebrows in confusion then sighs as she closes her eyes. I guide her out of the car and walk towards the gates. After entering the passcode in I stand her right in front of the entrance before standing behind her.

"What the hell are you up to Del Rosso? If some snake comes out and eats me I'll come back to life and kill your ass—"

"There's no snakes River." I sigh and roll my eyes.

"Can I open my eyes now?" She complains.

I place my hands on her hips and lean down to her ear, brushing my lips against her skin. "Open them, my love." I whisper.
