He decided to carry Junjie and Baishan. She had been working with Junjie and Xue and was becoming quite the cunning spy. Yesssss, he had a plan working in his mind. He sent messages to Baohu and Junjie to meet him at Bai Xue's palace. Xue was drinking tea by his hot pool, watching his girls play. He looked up when he felt the presence of his visitors. As he went to rise for his Fuqin, Mo Yuan motioned him to sit. "We have come with important business." "Oh? How may I help?" "Baohu has been attacked. Someone threw a spell on him and your spell intensified it." Bai Xue looked at Baohu for a moment, moved his hands and released his spell. Baohu let out a deep sigh as his head hit the table. Mo Yuan caught him before he hit the ground. He conjured a quilt and laid him on it. "Dumb huli..." Mo Yuan quirked his brow. "Dumb huli?" "Yes, Fuqin, Baohu is a dumb huli! He only eats, sleeps and thinks weapons and warfare! He has no tender emotions for his wife except when she is in warrior mode. That's why I called him out. Fuqin, I'm sorry, but you need to sit him down for a good dose of Fuqin justice! I'm surprised you didn't catch him fooling around on Shandian Li." Mo Yuan blew smoke out of his nose and his fist hit the table. "WHAT DID YOU SAY?!?" Bai Xue looked at his Fuqin and knew he had just made an egregious error. "I caught him before he could do anything." "Don't you lie to me! Don't you EVER lie to me!!" Bai Xue fell to his knees and bowed his head to the ground. "Please forgive me, your errant son! Fuqin, I did indeed catch him but I brought him back home. I cast a sleep spell on him. He didn't know it was me!" "Rise! He glowed like the sun and his voice boomed. "You will hear me! I decree today that Mo JinDe shall be God of War until Bai Baohu Zhe can get himself under control! Hear me!!" Bai Xue called JinDe to his palace. It only took minutes as he was spending time with his girls. He bowed to his Fuqin and everyone. "Take a seat, JinDe. I have some things to discuss with you." JinDe took some tea and waited. "I assume you knew your errant didi over there was trying to cheat on his wife?" "What?!? No!! I will personally beat the gold off of his fur!!" "Good! Baohu started stirring while they were talking. He sat up to knock the fog out of his head. He stood up and stretched. He was about to leave when Bai Xue stopped him. "Come sit here, Baohu. We have things to discuss." "Since when are you my keeper?" "Since Fuqin turned you over to me earlier. Sit down or JinDe will sit you down." He hesitated for a moment until JinDe slammed his fist down on the table. He promptly sat down. "Fuqin has named JinDe to be God of War until further notice. You are to stay with me and do desk duty until Junjie returns from the tour with Fuqin. If you have a problem with that, I suggest you take it up with Fuqin. Drink your tea." "You know, Da ge, just because you had that little power show doesn't mean you can lord it over me! I'll go talk to Fuqin myself!!" He slammed his cup down and jumped out. Bai Xue raised his cup as if to toast and laughed. "That dumb huli is about to get a rude awakening! I almost wish I could spy on them. Wait! I'll go as a snake! Wait here, I'll be back!" He jumped to the hall and transformed to his snake size. He went straight to his Fuqin's study. "Fuqin, if I may ask, why did you give Da ge power over me? I'm not a child for him to babysit! He went to turn, but his Fuqin grabbed his collar, turned him around and slapped his face four times until blood ran out of his mouth and nose. He threw him down on the floor and blocked his powers. Baohu rubbed his nose with the back of his hand and saw the blood there. Jinlong looked him right in his terrified eyes. "You will stay with your Da ge. You will report to him every morning. Shandian Li will be taken care of by JinDe and Mei Ying. You are not to touch her. You will stay celebate until I return from this tour. Your powers are blocked until I return. If I get one message telling me that you have disobeyed me, you will pay and pay dearly. I mean it, Baohu! I will not put up with your behavior any more! Now go to your Da ge like I told you." Baohu looked at his Fuqin hard. He stood up, squared his shoulders with defiance and walked out the door. Mo Yuan was about to sit down when he saw the snake size white dragon under his day bed. He sat down and called him out. "You can come out now, Bai Xue! I see you over there!" Bai Xue transformed in front of his Fuqin and bowed down. "This errant son asks your forgiveness!" "It's ok. I would have told you about it anyway." "Fuqin, what do you think he will do?" "First thing, I want Jinzi to make some kind of elixer or potion that will cut his hormones off. I want his Xiao huli prick to go limp as a noodle." Bai Xue was wide eyed in shock. "But Fuqin, won't that harm him? I mean, well you know! You might as well cut his balls off!" "Hmmm, that's a thought. Maybe I should threaten him with castration." "Fuqin, I just think that's a little extreme. I mean you almost got yours cut off. JinDe suffered through injury. Xue returned to his palace as fast as he could. He was telling his story to JinDe, Meili, Junjie and Baishan when Baohu walked in a little worse for wear. Unable to self heal, his nose was swollen, one eye was black and his lip was swollen. He sat down in a snit. "Do you have ice, Da ge?" JinDe played the game. "Baohu, what has happened?" "Fuqin slapped me. Hard. Four times." JinDe looked shocked. "Just what did you do to piss him off?" "I told him that my sex life was none of his business." "Baohu, when are you going to stop disrespecting Fuqin? He should have thrown you into seclusion." "Well, he barred me from seeing Li Li and he blocked my powers." "Good! Li Li deserves a real man in her life not a puffed up little toad." Baohu swung at JinDe but that stalwart dragon thumped him down hard. "Sit down and shut up! Your temper is way worse than Jinlong's. You are a puffed up little toad. Now if you give Da ge any grief, I shall turn you over my knee and give you the whipping you deserve." "You wouldn't do that if I had my powers!" "I would and I will. Don't forget you have no blades now since Da ge ruined yours. Care to try me Xiao Jin Huli? If not, then shut your mouth."
Li Li was beside herself when she came to breakfast. She started crying when Bai Qian walked in. She took her into her arms and jumped them to Baohu's rooms. "Li Li, why didn't you tell me that Baohu was mistreating you?" She cried into Bai Qian's shoulder. "I was afraid! I was afraid he would hurt me again!" "Oh Li Li! I would never, ever let him hurt you again!! For now, Baohu has been barred from seeing you. I want you to stay with JinDe and Mei Ying. You can help with the girls! You can be stress free there. Do you wish it?" She nodded and Bai Qian wiped her nose. "Li Li, we love you very much. I know you are meant to be Baohu's mate. I guess you know his Fuqin slapped him?" "No, I didn't know. He didn't come home last night." "Oh? Where did he sleep?" "I don't know. I was worried." "Don't worry now! Get some of your things and go to JinDe's palace now. I will get his Fuqin to find him." She took Li Li to get her things and sent her to Mei Ying. She marched straight to Mo Yuan. She entered his study without knocking. "Dearest, we must talk!!" "Not now, Qian'er! That dumb huli has disappeared! I must find him." "That is what I came to talk to you about. Li Li told me he didn't come to their room last night. I just sent her to Mei Ying." "Good! You can help me find him. His powers are blocked. Where are the children?" "They are in class right now. Taiyang and Zhenzhu are teaching them." "Are Yi, Yan and Yingjie there?" My tricks could never compare to yours! Let's go find him. He can't get far." They found him huddled up in a ball in the middle of the meadow that was his. There was still no house there so he had to rough it.
Seeing him balled up like that gave Mo Yuan an idea. "Dearest, I'm going to call JinDe to come spray him with cold water. That should go over well!" Mo Yuan called Xue and told him to send Mo Jinlong. They were cloaked waiting for the dragon to appear. Mo Jinlong was cloaked. He appeared right beside Baohu as he sprayed ice cold water on him. Baohu jumped up shivering and soaked. JinDe transformed and laughed. "Well if it isn't a drowned Huli! If only he had powers! Later didi!!" He flew off and left him there cold, soaked and miserable. He squared his shoulders and started his trek back to Xue's palace. Mo Yuan took Bai Qian by the waist and flew her back to his study. They were drinking tea when Baohu came in an hour later exhausted, feet sore and shivering. He knocked on his Fuqin's door. "Enter". "Fuqin, I'm c-c-cold and I'm w-w-wet. I think I need Jinzi please." "Why, are you ill?" "I don't know. I've never been like this before." "Very well. Go to your room and I will call Jinzi." Jinzi came an hour later. He checked Baohu over good and gave him the verdict. "Fuqin, Baohu has a chill and a fever. I'm going to get Chang Shan to make him some of his restoring soup. I'll go make some medicine for him. I'll be back." Chang Shan had gone to the Qing Qui market so Zhonglei made soup. She brought the tray to Baohu's room. "Taizi, Chang Shan has gone to the market so I made soup and my special tea for Lord Baohu." "Thank you, Zhonglei. I'll feed him." She bowed and left. Bai Qian sat down to feed him. He was shaking as she fed him the hot soup and the tea. "This soup is really good, Mother. Thank you. I'm starting to feel all warm now." He ate the soup and drank the last of the tea. He trembled and pulled his blanket up. "Mother, where is Li Li? Could she sit with me? Please? I won't hurt her, I promise." Mo Yuan pursed his lips but he jumped out to go get her.
Mo Yuan came back with Li Li. He nudged her forward. She sat beside their bed and felt of his handsome face with the back of her hand. She took a soft cloth, dampened it with water and wiped his brow. He opened his blood shot eyes to see her there. He cried. "Li Li, I don't deserve you." "Hush now! Let me tend you. You will need me. I can get Chang Shan and Zhonglei to make soup and tea for the both of us. After you recover, I will be spending time with Er ge and Mei Ying. You need to do some serious soul searching. I will bear these children here on Kunlun. This mountain is my home. I will live here because of our children, but I will leave you. Your Fuqin can build me a home in our meadow. I will have the children come visit me but you will never touch me again. You can seek women whenever you want, I don't care. If your Fuqin says you will not, then I suggest you learn to pleasure yourself. I'm done being mistreated by a spoiled puffed up little toad who thinks he's a man. I want a real man in my life. Now go back to sleep." Mo Yuan and Bai Qian both nodded as she spoke. Mo Yuan motioned for her to follow him. Once out the door, he spoke to her as a Fuqin would. "Li Li, I threatened Baohu just yesterday. I guess you can see the results of my threat. He absolutely will not seek other women. I forbid it. If you are really done with him, I will build you a home in the meadow. We may be gone on this tour when your time comes. Would you stay with Jinzi and Mi Shu?" "Yes, Fuqin, I would. The air in Qing Qui is good and there would be room for me there. Plus I would be close to San ge and his school. I want to give Baohu a chance to prove himself." "Very well. I will make arrangements for you to stay with JinDe and Mei Ying until you shift into your horse form, then Jinzi and Mi Shu will bring you to Qing Qui. You send me a message immediately if he mistreats you, or seek Bai Xue. Baohu is being left in his care. Understand?" She nodded and Mo Yuan took her into his arms and hugged her. "We love you Li Li! You are precious to us! Now go tend to that dumb huli!" He took Bai Qian by the arm and left her to tend to him.
They were in the hall when Bai Xue came looking for Baohu. He bowed to his Fuqin. "Fuqin, have you seen Baohu? He didn't show up this morning." "Xue, that dumb Huli slept out in an open field all night with no powers and then Mo Jinlong sprayed him with cold water. He is sick. Li Li is tending him now. You can check on them. She will be living with JinDe and Mei Ying until she shifts to her horse form, then she will be going to Qing Qui to live with Jinzi and Mi Shu. You take care of her. When we leave for our tour, you will be in charge. Baohu will have his powers blocked until I return. If he shows any change in heart, unblock his powers. We leave in two days. I'm hoping we can find the warrior who attacked Baohu. Keep your network following us too. I would feel better knowing you are communicating with Junjie." "Don't worry, Fuqin. JinDe and I will handle things here. If anything comes up, I will send messages to Junjie." Mo Yuan nodded and took Bai Qian by the arm. He smiled as she sat on their bed. "Only for you, my Xiao Bai Huli. No, here is my surprise!" He brought forth the box he picked up in Qing Qui. He handed it to her and she opened it and gasped. "Oh, Mo Yuan! It's beautiful, just beautiful!!" "I thought you might want to wear that with your Kunlun blue robes or that pretty lavender one you wear. So you like it?" "I love it! How about I show you how much I love it, hmmm?" She sat the box aside, threw a barrier over their door and removed their clothes. They made gentle passionate love until well into the night. They were rudely awakened the next morning when Yi, Yan and Yingjie broke the barrier and barged in to find their Fuqin naked to the breeze, his body uncovered to little boy prying eyes. He was awakened when Yingjie sat down hard on his stomach and knocked the wind out of him. He opened his eyes and they swirled gold. Yingjie was smiling as he pointed. "Fuqin, why you have no clothes? Me see all of that." He pointed. "That what?" "That thing." "What thing?" "That thing there. It look like mine but it a lot bigger. Why it big like that?" "Yingjie, Fuqin is a dragon. We don't like to wear clothes when we sleep. As to "that thing", yours will get big too when you grow up. Now get off of me so I can get dressed. If you boys break that barrier one more time, I'm going to start blocking you so you can't. Now get out!" "But Fuqin, Yingjie want to know if mother has clothes too." With a flip of his hand he put her outer robe on her and lifted the cover. "See? Now go get ready for breakfast." "But Fuqin.." All three of them stopped to look at a pair of swirling golden eyes, a dangerous low growl, hands with talons on them and the shimmer of golden scales on his skin. They beat a hasty retreat.
