3rd POV

Snowball was never the type to express his feelings. It just made him feel too vulnerable to stand as proud as he normally would. Even though his friends insisted that he could tell them anything, it felt like it was out of the question, so he hid away. But after a while, something began seeping into his usual feelings of rage, something brighter.

Every time a particular object would walk by, Snowball swore he could feel himself melting.

Flower had forced him to read a bunch of low-quality romance books one time so from the first time he felt it, he knew it was love. In contrast to said romance books, he hated it.

The idea of being in love was a threat to Snowball's image. He'd be seen as someone soft if anyone knew. So he pushed the feelings down, electing to replace them with rage, an emotion which was second nature to him.

Bomby was known for his nervousness and occasional selflessness. Sometimes it felt like he was nothing more than that. Thanks to this, he was often discounted as a member of teams and used as a disposable tool. Sure, his new team was... alright, but he still felt inferior in some way or another. A few of his teammates were really connected with one another and then there was him, the odd one out.

Seeing Snowball walk his wacky team's way when they were forming was a surprise, but not an unwelcome one. Seeing him get flung off however, left a distant feeling in Bomby's head he just couldn't seem to identify. He felt like the main character in a bad fanfiction, or maybe he had read them too much. Either way, the feeling was new and one he vowed to delve into.

Knowing his team was safe gave Bomby some time to relax, which was something he knew he wouldn't take for granted. Naily, Price-Tag, Pillow and Book sat next to the building from the first challenge. Nickel and Cake went on a walk to get to know each other. Approaching his seated team members, Bomby plopped beside them, awaiting the end of their current conversation.

"Oh!" Price-Tag almost immediately took note of his presence. "Hello there Bomby! What's up?"

The girls in the group redirected their attention at Price-Tag's remark, their conversation quickly dying off.

"Um, I'm good! I need your help with something!"

He spoke quickly, a habit he had gained thanks to his constant paranoia.

"With what exactly? I'll have you know that I'm knowledgeable on many different topics-"

"What is it?"

Book scoffed at Pillow's interruption, the latter seemingly not noticing.

"We'll try to help as best as we can!" Naily reassured the man with an awkward pat on the back.

Bomby fiddled with his fingers, thinking of a way to phrase his upcoming question.

"I was feeling a weird feeling the other day. Can you help me figure out what it could be?"
