Another knock hit the door. And another. And another.

Ellie had tried to get another room to escape the paparazzi, but everything was booked. She was stuck in a suite where she was harassed all night to the point she couldn't even shut down peacefully. To make things worse, Boyd was with her this particular night and he was the one that was built to need sleep. It was a possibility to take Boyd to Gloria and Gyro's room, but the media was well aware he was a robot by now and would follow him around too. They were stuck in the same situation together. If Mark didn't change this soon like he promised then she was- she didn't know what she was going to do.

"Boyd, are you still awake?" That was a stupid question, she knew he was.

He sat up in his bed and rubbed his eyes. "Yes, I'm awake... Do they ever sleep?" He was referring to the paparazzi. He was asking a genuine question but there was a hint of sass in his voice. A very small hint, people. You gotta remember who built him after all.

Ellie answered honestly, also with hidden sass. "I believe they trade places." She finally sat up as well. "Would you be alright being alone in the suite for just a little while? I can distract them so you can get some sleep at the very least."

Boyd felt bad that she had to go outside and deal with the paparazzi, but he was tired and wanted sleep. He nodded "I'll be alright. Thank you, mom."

She kissed his forehead before getting up to leave. They would follow her no matter where she went so she would just walk away from the suite and then answer their dumbass questions.

Opening the door, she shut it quickly so they wouldn't try to barge in like they had the other night. Ellie walked away from the suite, acting like she knew where she was going, as the paparazzi were quick to follow.

"Ellie! Tell us more about Mark Beaks!"

"Why did you cry during the interview?!"

"What are your thoughts on Mark and Brittany!?"

She ignored all of them, looking straight ahead until she felt someone grab her arm. Ellie looked over to see that it was Dr. Anity who not only snuck his way into the crowd, but also the ship.

"Follow me." He continued to walk beside her, taking out a small remote and pushing one of the many buttons. There was a loud and high pitched ringing noise that rang out, causing all of the members of the paparazzi to fall on the crowd, covering their ears the best they could. Some of them even had blood coming out of their ears. It wasn't pretty. Dr. Anity and Ellie were the only two not affected, making it easy for them to slip away from the crowd.

Ellie allowed herself to be dragged along for a while before snapping out of it and ripping her arm away.

"Dr. Anity, you should not be on this ship." Wow. Wasn't she great at showing appreciation.

"Why not?" He pulled out a cruise ticket from his long black overcoat. "I paid to get in."

Ellie made a face. There was literally no reason for him to have a cruise ticket at all, only making the situation creepier. She was definitely going to be having another word with Ashley.

"That is...odd." She waved him off. "Needless to say, your actions are much appreciated but I should be getting back to my room. I am not very fond of you."

He shoved the ticket back into his pocket. "Weren't you going somewhere though?"

"No. I was simply attempting to get the paparazzi away from the suite so Boyd could rest, and you solved the issue. So, like I said, it is much appreciated."

"I see..." He continued "Wouldn't you prefer to have the paparazzi away from your suite in general? I could make that happen for you."

Ellie eyed him once again. "I suppose." She said. "But I am not an idiot. I assume you want something in return."
