When I see your face, there is nothing I would change.

Because you're amazing.

Just the way you are.

It was the night before his wedding. Granger should've been happy. He was marrying Henrietta Lange, the legendary ex spy. A woman any man would be lucky to marry.

All he felt, was concern. Concerned that he wasn't really the man for her.

He figured it'd be best to ask her before they were married the next day.

Hetty's Dovecote home

Hetty was relaxing in her yard, and saw Granger.

'Owen? What's up?' She asked.

'I need to ask you some questions.'

'You're not getting cold feet, are you?'

'No. I just feel the need to ask you a few questions.'

'Okay. Sit down.'

He sat down.

'Why did you choose to marry me? Out of all the men in the world, why me? A woman like you deserves an incredible man. I'm just a grumpy ex spy. Do you really want to be married to someone like me?'

Hetty looked pretty shocked to hear the questions. She smiled at him and said:

'That's easy, You are an amazing guy. You may be grumpy, but you care about me! In fact, for a very long time, I thought I would be single forever. Like, who would fall in love with an ex spy who couldn't reveal every part of her past? And given all the ugly relationships I've seen over the years, I thought I'd be safer alone. But, over the past couple of years, I've come to realize that, I don't want to be alone forever!

I want to be with a man who'll love and care for me, and you are that man, Owen! Better question is: Why would you choose to be with someone like me?'

Silence.

'I chose you, because you saw a good man underneanth all this gruffness. And because you're a good person who cares so much about her team. Your small size doesn't matter to me. I guess you can say, we're 2 ex spies who thought we would never be good enough to be married to anyone.' He responded.

'Which basically means we're perfect for each other.'

'In a way. I love you, Hetty. And I want to be with you.'

'I love you as well, Owen.'

They hugged.

'I won't change my last name, if you ask about it.'

'Won't expect you to. Plus, it'd be a bit weird to call you Mrs. Granger.'

'Chuckle. Indeed!'
