Granger went over to Hetty's office to see if she was ready to go home.

'You ready to go home?' He asked.

'Can't. Got a huge load of paperwork to do.' She replied.

'Oh. Well, you want some help?'

'Very much!'

They started going through the paperwork.

'Why should our jobs and our choices mean so much paperwork?' Granger asked.

'Because of those rich loser politicians who get to live in their huge houses and million dollar suits who don't understand a whiff of what it is we do here, and they think they can judge us because they think they're better then we are.' Hetty replied.

'Wow. That's deep.'

'You know I'm right. We do the dangerous work, and they get to sit in a huge building all day and have all these pathetic back and forth arguments with each other. And when 1 of us screw up, they get to judge us on our morals and think they're doing a good thing, when really, they don't appreciate us at all.'

'I can see why you've never liked politicians.' Granger said.

'Exactly. They like to think they understand what we do, but most of them have never been in battle! How would they understand what it is we do here if they never get out of their stupid offices? They claim they respect us, but heaven forbid, when the wrong person dies or someone gets away or a dangerous mission is conducted, they want us fired or an example made of us!' Hetty replied, angry.

Clap clap clap

'Thank you. I just get angry when I think of how easier our jobs would be if politicians didn't try to butt in to our business.' Hetty said.

'It bugs me as well. Want some tea to cool off?' Granger asked.

'You make tea?'

'No.'

'Well, I'll go make some.'

The next morning

The next thing both of them remembered is Callen looking at them and smirking.

'What's so funny?' She asked.

'You 2 look really adorable when you both fall asleep.' He replied.

Then Granger woke up.

'Darn, we fell asleep didn't we?' He asked.

'Well, we were discussing filthy politicians. And I remember closing my eyes for just a minute, yeah. We fell asleep.' Hetty replied.

'And it looks like we didn't get much done.'

'Do you feel guilty about it?'

Then they both started laughing.

'Feel guilty about not doing paperwork? Smirk,, never!' Granger chuckled.

'I know!'

'I'm getting coffee, you want some?'

'Still not a coffee drinker, dear.' Hetty replied.
