(Did I forget to post this because I scheduled a college audition, went to dance rehearsal, belting Heathers and Beetlejuice and scolled through Tik Tok too much? Maybe.)

"Mmm. Jack... Jack, please, stop. We shouldn't be... Jack!" I muttered as he held me on his lap, kissing my neck.

"Youse sound annoyed." He muttered, barely pulling away.

"I am!" I groaned, "Y-You've been awake for only 3 days and you are... Mmm! Jack, stop!"

"Youse love it." He smirked, tightening his grip around my waist.

"That's not the point." I muttered.

"Den what is?" He asked.

I pulled away enough to make eye contact with him, "The point is; You're still not feeling good, you're still injured, you're still in a hospital with no privacy and we should be preparing what to say to my Father when he shows up in a half hour." I said.

"Ise think a half hour is enough time ta-"

"Don't you dare finish that. Do you realize how disgusting this place is? Do you realize that you're in the same bed that you've been in for the past month?" I pointed out.

"Do youse realize some nurses won't let mes' walk!" He yelled into the hall.

"Suck it up!" Sara yelled back from the hall.

I sighed, "Jack, come on, let's step out of the fairytale for 5 seconds just to figure out what to say to the man who hates you, but also saved your life?"

"Youse call dis a fairytale?" He asked.

"Jack, I swear you are getting more... More..."

"More what?" He asked with a smartass smirk.

"Handsome." I muttered before kissing him deeply.

Jack smirked as I sat on his lap, but with my knees framing his hips. His hands quickly pressed against my back as mine ran through his hair. I guess now that we both know each other were alive, it was very hard to keep our hands off each other. The kissing part was the fairytale, the location part? Not so much. We were snapped not of our fairytale, however, by the sound of my Father clearing his throat.

I don't think Jack has ever been this fast to throw me off his lap before, it was like I was the weight of a feather to him. I tried to catch myself and land next to him... I did, but on the ground, "Ow!" I said.

"Shit." Jack muttered, reaching over the bed and trying to help me up.

I used the bed and pushed myself up, making sure my skirt was pushed down and blouse was buttoned before facing Father, "Oh, hey, dad! Didn't see you there! Coincidence, huh!?" I acted terribly. I could feel Jack's eye roll and Father's disapproval. I mean, at least I tried, right? Better than nothing!

"I decided to come a little early." Father said, placing the flowers he brought Jack on the table.

"Wes' noticed." Jack muttered. I nudged his shoulder for him to behave, "Ow!"

"You deserved it." I whispered.

"Did not." He said.

"Did so!"

"Did not!"

With each argument, our faces were getting closer and closer and I was finding it very hard to resist it.

"Did so!

"Did-"

"Children!" Father shouted and we both straightened up and looked at him.
