(Might have published late because HOLY SHIT THIS NEW SEASON OF STANGER THINGS OMFL)

As the train sped around corners, the only thing racing to me was my heart and mind, spinning, just as Jack roughly pressed me against the wall of the powder room. His lips trailed down my neck, leaving marks on my skin as he did. I leaned my head back, groaning with delight, "Ah, Jack!"

"Yeah?" He smirked against my skin, barely pulling away.

"D-Don't you think... Don't you think Phillip will n-notice we're g-gone?" I said, trying not to loose myself as he kept trailing lower and lower.

"Nah." Jack smirked.

He spun me around, sitting me on the counter. I laid back as he jumped up, landing in a kneeling position over me. I blushed madly as he threw my corset aside, me doing the same with his shirt. Just then, he finally-

A rooster crows.

Damnit.

I quickly shot up, looking around to see the tan striped hotel room surroundings. I glanced out the window, seeing grass, hills and trees. Just on the harrizion, there is a small town but below that hill, there is a gorgeous lake. It looks like something out of a fairytale.

I sighed and went to lay back down just as there was a knock on my door. I let out a soft groan and stood, walking over as my blue nightgown flowed behind me. I turned the doorknob slowly, unsure of who it may be. I was worried it was a stranger or a hotel employee, I just don't feel up for speaking to them right now. However, it was much worse.

I swung open the door to see Jack standing there. As soon as our eyes met, he brought me close in his arms and we stumbled into my room. He boosted me up onto his waist and as my legs flew up to wrap around him, I slammed the door just as our lips connected.

I stood in shock for a minute before pulling the top of my nightgown closer together. He looked away for a minute before clearing his throat, "Sorry, Ms. Pulitzer. Just, uh, Mr. McLarson wants ta know if youse will join us for lunch?" He asked. I couldn't help but admire how he fiddled with the bottom of his red button up that was untucked from his gray slacks. It looked like he wasn't ready to wake up either.

I nodded, "Let me just get ready."

"Of course." He said.

I nodded. We looked at each other for a few more awkward seconds before he nodded farewell. I quickly closed the door and sighed. It's been over a month, I was over him, now I'm not, what is wrong with me?

I shook off my feelings and went to my suitcases, throwing my clothes aside to find the outfit I packed for today. Of course it was at the bottom of the last suitcase I searched through. Finally, I pulled it out and began to get ready.

This outfit is one of my favorite new ones! It's very 20th century. It's a pink blouse with a 3 quarter length sleeve that ends with a write ruffle. From the upper chest and above, it was all lace with no backing. The skirt matched perfectly, ruffles going down the back to highlight the bustle. It tied all together with a pink belt that has a silver jewel in the middle.

I looked in the mirror and went to do my hair, but stopped. Father's not here, he can't stop me. I smiled softly and grabbed my white, pearl purse before leaving my room. I went down the beautifully patterned hall, following the marble steps down and into the dinning room.

In the back corner, sitting at a circle table I saw Jack and Phillip. This won't be awkward at all. As I walked over, Phillip looked up and smiled, Jack barely looked at me. I sighed softly and sat, "Good morning." I smiled softly.
