Naruto Uzumaki knew from the very start that he was not very well liked around the village but even then he wanted attention the bad kind of attention. He didn't care how he is viewed as long as people acknowledge his existence be it by his constant pranks which involved graffitiing the Hokage faces or vandalizing a great portion of the village block. His childish and selfish action had left a very bad reputation that was added onto the already blind hatred of the villagers but then who could blame him?
Being an orphan with not even an idea of who your parents are had left Naruto unable to know the right from the wrong and it didn't help that the villagers had never liked him which meant that his education at the academy was constantly being tampered wither by the instructor ignoring him or being given false education with the purpose of keeping him mentally retarded and uncapable of making any complex thinking and all because of a blind fear and hatred towards a burden that he was completely unaware about and something which he never had a hand in.
But despite that, Naruto wasn't completely hated by everyone. There were a few people who truly saw Naruto for who he truly is. A starved boy seeking attention from everyone, a boy who was dealt a bad hand in life and a boy who want to feel special just like all those clan head children who gets attention without even trying and all because of their bloodline ability. What will happen when Naruto bloodline awaken after an altercation against Mizuki his former Chunin instructor? What kind of secret did Minato Namikaze hide from the world? How will the world react when faced against the strongest dojutsu of the Gojo clan?

Kiyomi Uchiha has been a childhood friend of Naruto and was one of the few people that have treated Naruto nicely. She had a childhood crush over Naruto and had been constantly helping him wither directly or indirectly whenever she saw the blatant bias treatment the Chunin instructor had given Naruto.
