Izuku Midoriya: Captain Marvel

In a supernatural society where 80% of the population possess powers, Izuku Midoriya found himself part of the 20% quirkless minority whose number are thinning each generation. Society has long since adapted to these powers as regulation were made to ensure that humanity would flourish but with powers comes those who selfishly used their gifts for evil deeds, those people were labelled as villains and as such an opposing faction had appeared to confront those evil doers and bring them to justice which birthed the heroes. 

Those good Samaritan had decided to use their powers to defend the weak without wanting anything in return but later seeing the success of those local heroes (Vigilantly), the government had created the hero schools to nurture future heroes that protected their country from the villains that threatened the peace and order while being rewarded for their work. As generation has passed, most heroes became filled with greed only going after the fame and money leaving select few who actually became heroes to protect the people such as All Might the symbol of peace. 

Izuku Midoriya had just gotten his dream shattered by his idol, the great symbol of peace and number 1 pro hero All Might. After years of being told what to do or what his limits are made Izuku angry and upset that his worth was judged based on his quirk, taking his anger out on Dagobah beach where nobody could see him past the trash that littered the place had resulted in Izuku to accidently shatter a tesseract which exploded on him and destroying a large part of the beach resulting in him to be doused in Tesseract energy giving him power beyond his comprehension. 

Now with the ability to produce cosmic energy to no measurable bounds and manipulate them to his needs. Izuku decided to use his new found power in order to become a better hero that protect others. With his smarts and ability to analyze everything, how will the world react to Izuku power that far surpassed All Might? How will Izuku old friends react to Izuku overwhelming power? Will Izuku be granted OFA by All Might? or will he refuse it?

Nejire Hado

Nejire Hado is among one of my favorite female character in MHA but sadly like all female characters in MHA, she wasn't given enough justice even though her quirk is quite good but that's beside the point. 

Nejire Hado quirk is [Wave Motion] which grants her the ability to convert her own vitality into energy and release it in the form of exceptionally powerful spiral shockwaves. The reason why I chose her is because her quirk is a little similar to Izuku's cosmic power which is why I'm going to focus on quirk development the most. 

Izuku will help Nejire improve her quirk to a point where she can use other people vitality as energy instead of using her own or she can use an already existing energy source to use her quirk which will be much stronger and faster.
