Author Note: The events will take place in the Tensura Universe, this will go like most of my books pertaining Naruto where he is killed by Sasuke and transported to another world.
Naruto had always persevered even when he knew that the road ahead of him was filled with pain and suffering but he could only grit his teeth and push forward in hopes that his own perseverance would be rewarded one day. The word give up was foreign to him as he chased after his dream of becoming a Hokage but he was always at the end of the stick as due to birth circumstances, he was forced to carry the Nine Tails inside him in order to protect the village something which he had accepted after he was told by his traitorous Chunin instructor Mizuki because he knew as one who aspires to become a leader, he need to carry the burden and prove everyone wrong.
When he was killed by his own teammate Sasuke Uchiha during a retrieval mission meant to bring him back, it was then that his bottled emotion came out revealing his frustration towards the unjust treatment and with his dream of becoming a great Hokage was a far away dream that he can no longer reach due to his death. He wanted to live in order to create a better world for everyone where no one will have to suffer, where everyone can smile in happiness, where there is a sense of understanding and cooperation between everyone regardless of their status, where there is no war over things that can be resolved through peaceful means.
His hopes and desire to become a great ruler deserving of respect had been heard by the voice of the world and was given a second chance in life to write his mistakes and become the greatest King to have ever walked the land. What kind of power will Naruto gain? How will the world react to Naruto existence? Will Naruto chose to return back home? or will he stay and become a great King as well as a Hero? Will Naruto past come back to hunt him? If so, how will Naruto deal with them?

Chloe O'Bell had met Naruto in his early years when he was building his own Kingdom where she became attracted to his charisma and his ideals to create a better future for his own people. She had spend a lot of years with him where she at one point had challenged him to a duel in order to test him which ended in a draw due to Naruto superior swordsmanship as well as his powerful abilities.
Chloe had fallen in love with Naruto due to his kindness and the many times he had supported and helped her even letting her vent out any of her frustration which helped her quite a lot and after that she was forced to bid goodbye to Naruto in order to fight and seal Veldora away which Naruto had wanted to help but Chloe had insisted that it was her duty and promised to one day return one way or another.
