-Hey, Celebi. Where are we heading?

-Pii pii.

"Yeah, totally understand." Lyon mocked himself for even bothering to ask when usually no one understood Celebi half of the time. They just kept on walking in a completely different direction.

-This is kinda far. Are we close?

-Pii pii.

This time he understood. Celebi said they were almost there. "Where though?" Lyon pondered. And they arrived at a clearing and stopped walking further. Lyon could see a hidden valley from a close distance.

-Um, that's ominous. Why are we here again?

Lyon stared at Celebi questioning with a puzzled look. The reason he had such a big reaction was because of the footprints on the ground. And they were new. Lyon had met people in this forest from time to time and none of the meetings was pleasant.

-Pii pii pii.

Lyon turned to Kirlia and heard him translate what Celebi just said.

-She said there is someone in there who needs help.

-That sounds troublesome.

Lyon frowned as he didn't feel good about this. But looking at the green onion next to him, he believed she wouldn't back down. He heaved a sigh and convinced her against storming in.

-It's better to be careful. We have to scout first before doing anything or else our help will turn into a hindrance instead.

It seemed Celebi also understood what he said was right so she flew back and sat on his shoulder. Lyon breathed a sigh of relief.

He started observing the surroundings and mainly at the valley in front. Their base was properly located on the other side of this hill. If there really was something ominous, it wouldn't be funny.

Lyon asked Kirlia and Espurr to erase their trace and hide his presence. They lifted him a couple of millimeters above the ground with Psychic. The four of them began floating forwards in silence. And from afar, he caught a glimpse of a blurry silhouette. "Please be a nice person." He prayed so in his head even though he had already guessed that wasn't the case, especially when a Pokémon was crying for help. Though there's nothing wrong with a little hope, right?

-Holy sh!t.

Lyon covered his mouth to prevent himself from screaming. Why? Because that was a familiar face. This forest was like the favorite nest of criminal organizations or something? He had met three criminal organizations in total. First was Zelta. They were pretty recognizable with those pink Z letters on their clothes. The second was an unknown organization he also had fought against before. There were more than ten of them trying to catch the Togekiss group when he arrived. Last was the team which had the man in front that tried to catch a sister of mine that he had never met before. Lyon almost forgot such a ridiculous incident happened if it weren't for the appearance of this man.

-Um, now what?

Lyon stared at the green onion who was sitting on his shoulder. Celebi also stared back with an innocent look.

-D@mn it!

He cursed silently after a while and admitted his defeat against those watery eyes. Lyon started ruminating over his future course of action. It looked like the man was standing there to guard the entrance of a hidden cave. The problem was how many people were inside the cave. But before he could think of a solution, Lyon noticed another person that came out and talked to the man at the entrance.

-F#ck!

He hadn't seen the man before but he recognized the emblem on his clothes. It looked like a holy shield of some sort, very similar to the one he saw a couple of days before on the team that went crazy catching Pokémon.

Lyon turned to look at the other man and surely he saw a whole another emblem. It resembled an open book or a grimoire of some sort. He couldn't make out every little detail of those emblems because he was pretty far away but he was still able to differentiate their shapes.

At this point, he wanted to back out already. It's not just one but two different organizations. He would be mad to intervene in their business. The risk was way too high. Lyon then asked Celebi for more details about who needed his help. But when he turned to Kirlia, he received a confused look.

-What? What did Celebi say?

-Um,... If I'm not wrong, the one that needs help is a lizard.

-A what?

Lyon thought that he heard it wrong. He leaned in for a clearer answer.

-A lizard.

"So I didn't hear it wrong." Although it was a bit confusing, he was still able to guess which kind of species based on how an onion's brain usually worked. It must be among Treecko, Grovyle, Sceptile, Salandit, Salazzle, Helioptile, Heliolisk, Charmander, Charmeleon. Yeah, that's pretty much it. He couldn't think of any more lizard-like Pokémon.

And Lyon also got the information from Celebi that it wasn't urgent. So he had time to make a plan. He would try to lower the risk at least. Carelessly acting wasn't even his option. But from the look in Celebi's eyes, he knew the little onion really wanted to jump in right away.

-No, Celebi. No way in h€ll!

The little onion tried to convince him with "they will suffer less if you act right now" but he wouldn't fall for that.

-No no no no no.

Lyon firmly refused. He didn't want to bite the dust. So they argued quietly about going in or not. At last, Lyon succeeded in persuading Celebi to delay such reckless action. Just some simple scouting wasn't enough with how this situation might have turned out. He needed to go back, gather his Pokémons and map out a reliable plan.

Lyon looked at the two that stood in front of the cave once again. Right now he felt lucky that he was careful from the start. If he didn't order Kirlia and Espurr to hide their presence, there would be a very good chance that they might have been caught at this moment. Lyon signalled his Pokémon and they teleported away from the cave. He walked back to his base while trying to come up with a good plan.
