A/N: Jack and Elsa are wearing the outfits from the cover in this chapter.

Elsa's POV

The next morning after I'd dropped some stuff off in my locker, I closed the door to reveal Hans leaning against the lockers next to me.

Oh, great. "What do you want?"

He shrugged and stuffed his hands in his pockets. "Just wanted to say hi, see how you're doing."

"I've been better."

"Is that so?"

"Yeah. I've gone whole days without talking to you."

"Ouch." He put a hand on his chest. "That hurts, snow queen."

I gave him a fake sympathetic look. "Oh, I'm so sorry."

He shifted slightly. "So, I saw you talking to that kid from student council after the game yesterday."

"Yeah? So?"

He shrugged again. "I don't know, I just think maybe he's not your type."

I raised my eyebrows. "And how would you know what my type is?"

"I'd like to think I have some idea," he replied, smirking.

I rolled my eyes. "Get over yourself. Besides, nothing's going on between me and Jack. We were just talking. Not that it's any of your business."

He cracked a smile. "Well, I'm glad."

"Hey, Elsa!"

I turned around to see Jack walking toward me. He was wearing a white T-shirt and a blue leather jacket and his hair looked so cute...

Geez Elsa, snap out of it!

"Hi," I replied, trying to sound casual.

He reached us and looked back and forth between Hans and me. "Sorry, am I interrupting something?"

"No," I replied at the same time Hans said "yes."

I turned around to glare at him. "No, you're not interrupting anything. In fact, Hans was just leaving."

Hans gave me a look. "Just remember what I told you," he said as he turned and walked away.

I rolled my eyes. "Did you need something?" I asked Jack.

He shook his head. "Nope. You looked uncomfortable. I thought I'd try and diffuse the situation."

"Oh. Thanks."

"Don't mention it. So." He leaned against the wall. "What are your plans today?"

"Well, I have a meeting in like ten minutes and then I'm going to the archery competition to watch my friend Merida, and then maybe go to lunch with my friends, I don't know. What about you?"

He shrugged. "No real plans. Probably just gonna find out what's happening and see if anything interests me."

"Well, if you look at the schedule I gave you yesterday you'll find a list of all the events this week," I replied, smirking slightly.

He laughed. "That's true."

At that moment my friend Snow White walked down the hall and waved to get my attention. "Hey, the meeting's about to start. Are you coming?"

"Yeah, I'll be there in a second," I replied.

"Okay." She turned around and walked away.

"Well, I've gotta go," I said to Jack.

He looked back and forth from her to me, his brow furrowed. "You're a Disney Princess?"

My eyebrows went up. "Is that what you call them?"

He looked embarrassed. "Is that not what they're called?"

"They're called the Disney Debutantes," I replied rather coldly. "And to answer your question, no I'm not technically in the group but I go to meetings all the same. And I'm very good friends with all of them, so I don't appreciate you calling us 'princesses.'" With that, I turned and walked away.

Jack's POV

I didn't know how to process what had just happened. I got the name of their elite little club wrong, so what? It wasn't my fault, I didn't know that's not what they were called. We always called them the Disney Princesses at my school. I didn't understand why she was so offended. Especially after I'd just helped her get out of an awkward conversation with her ex, or whoever that guy was.

Whatever, I thought bitterly as I started walking down the hall. I decided I'd go find my friends and figure out something to do.

A/N: Well it looks like this story has become my main priority. I guess summer break and having writer's block on all your other projects will do that to you.
