Not to get all sentimental, but I'm about to get all sentimental.
Finally finishing this story feels so surreal. I actually thought I was going to cry when I started writing the last chapter. I've been working on this for almost two years, it started as a joke but I got way too into it lol. It is by far the longest story I've ever written. I have mixed feelings about the longest story I've ever written being a Jelsa fanfiction, but you know what I had fun and that's all that really matters.
I still can't believe how popular this has gotten. At the time that I'm writing this, Rivals has over three THOUSAND reads. And I know we're not anywhere near it anymore, but that fact that at one point it was #1 in the Jelsa tag still blows my mind.
I couldn't have done any of this without you all. Thank you so much for everything, for reading, voting, commenting... it all means so much to me.
Now for some shameless self-promo because this is my story and I can do what I want.
I currently have another Disney/DreamWorks fanfic up on my page! It's called Disney Twins. This one is an in-universe fic; I got the idea from a Film Theory video and I'm really proud of the final result. This one is G-rated as well, with just a touch of mild violence at the end.
Also! I'm currently working on another high school au. It's called Aim for the Heart. This one is a MERELSA story! I adore that ship and have been sprinkling it into my other fics, but this is my first story where it's the main ship. I'm very excited. It's not up yet since I'm still working on the first chapter, but it hopefully will be soon so keep an eye out if you're interested. This one will NOT be G-rated; it has strong language and maybe some more mature themes, I haven't decided yet. But it will have the "mature" warning on it when I finally get it up.
I have a couple other fanfics in the works too but those are nowhere near being ready to publish so I'll probably announce them later.
Lastly, I have some original works on my page if you want to check any of those out. (There's also that weird story I wrote when I was like thirteen that's basically a Disney/Squinkie/Beanie Baby fanfic so I guess that doesn't count as "original" lol but it's also there.)
