A/N: The song used in this chapter is "We Belong" by Dove Cameron. (I would've linked the video but I couldn't find the clean version I was going to use.) The pictures below are the outfits that some of the characters are wearing in this chapter. The outfits in the drawing are for Elsa (left) and Merida. The picture is from the game Roller Skating Princesses and the drawing is by me.

Elsa's POV

The last Saturday before graduation: debutante hang-out day at the park. It was one of my favorite events all year.

I lay sprawled out on a beach towel under a tree, just looking around. Anna had left a few minutes ago to hang out with Ariel. A bunch of people were roller skating or sitting at the picnic tables talking or eating. Some of the girls had set up a game of volleyball in the open field.

"No, I don't know what time," I heard Merida say behind me. I turned around and saw her walking toward me on her phone. "I'll let you know when we leave." She paused, then rolled her eyes and muttered something in Gaelic. "It can't take that long to prepare, can it?"

I made eye contact and raised my eyebrows with an amused smirk.

She winked at me. "Okay, yeah. I gotta go. I'll talk to you later."

"Who was that?" I asked as she sat down on the towel next to me.

"A friend. We're trying to plan a surprise for somebody."

"Ooh, fun."

"Well it should be, except he's kind of a dummy sometimes," she said, smiling. "But his heart is in the right place."

"Well that's important." I sighed contentedly and leaned back.

"Yep."

"Hey, Elsa!" Jasmine called. "You guys wanna join our game?"

I looked at Merida. "I'm down."

"Me too." She waved to them. "Coming!"

We stood and walked over to the field.
