Elsa's POV

Tooth invited us to lunch at her place on Tuesday. That was always my favorite part of the summer – being able to do stuff on days that were normally school days. We all said yes.

The Disney court carpooled there together again. We got there right as the rest of the council did, and Hiccup and Astrid pulled up not too long afterwards.

The house was gorgeous. It had bright pink stucco walls and a clay tile roof, and the entire place as far as I could see was surrounded by gardens, full of brightly colored plants and butterflies and birds. We followed Bunny up to the front porch, and he knocked on the door.

"You guys are gonna love Tooth's house," Jack said. "It's super great."

"I love it already," Rapunzel murmured, looking around in awe.

The door opened to reveal Tooth, and she squealed with excitement. "Thanks so much for coming!" she cried, giving each of us a hug. "We'll have lunch in the back garden, if that's okay. I'll lead you there."

"Sounds good to me!" Anna said. "I love gardens."

We followed the council through the front of the house and out onto a covered patio, with panes of colored glass in the ceiling that bathed the floor in tinted light. There were a handful of cute white wrought iron tables and chairs dotted about, with trays of sandwiches and fruit and bottles of fruit juice. Every place setting had a plate, cup, and pretty green napkin . A bunch of bird feeders were lined up against the edge of the patio, interspersing a row of absolutely gorgeous pink flowers that ended in a bird bath. A large mosaic took up the back wall next to a pretty stone fountain.

"Wowza," I murmured softly, taking it all in.

Tooth chuckled. "Yeah, this is my favorite place in the whole house."

We sat down at the tables, looking around.

"Oh, look, they're here!" Hiccup pointed to the flowers, where a swarm of hummingbirds had just appeared. We all gasped.

"My babies!" Tooth exclaimed, going over to them. "How are you, dears?"

"Your babies?" Flynn looked like he was fighting to keep a straight face.

Tooth smiled. "Yes, my babies. I take care of them. I planted these flowers hoping to attract hummingbirds because I love them."

"Is Baby Tooth still with us?" Astrid asked.

Tooth nodded. "Yup, that's her." She pointed to an Anna's hummingbird with distinctive markings. "She's my favorite because she's my favorite colors."

"Did you name her after yourself?" Rapunzel asked.

"Yup," Tooth replied, grinning.

"They still doing good?" Jack asked. "There haven't been any more... problems, have there?"

Tooth's smile deflated, but she shook her head. "No, it never happened again."

"What happened?" Anna asked. "If you don't mind me asking."

Tooth and Jack exchanged a look. She took a deep breath. "There was this guy, about a year ago, who had a major crush on me. I didn't like him back, but I was always nice to him and I guess he took it the wrong way. He started asking me out a bunch, and I always turned him down, and eventually he started being really creepy about it." She shook her head slightly. "He followed me home a few times. And once, he caught a bunch of the birds and said he wouldn't give them back unless I went out with him. I told North, and he reported the guy to the authorities."
