"Ah, finally some fresh air!" Mina exclaimed after she inhaled the afternoon air. "If I stayed inside that building any longer I think my nose would have fallen off!" Denki said as the group of kids continued to walk towards their school's baseball field.
"Did they ever find out what was in the vents?" Denki asked the group. "It was some dead animal." Jirou told them, making them either say "Ewww." or pretend to throw up. "For such a prestigious school filled with snobs, U.A. sure loves getting their hands dirty." Rody commented and the other nodded in agreement.
"Where the hell did they even get a dead animal!?" Denki exclaimed. "They're probably surrounded by them since animals would rather die than be around someone from U.A." Mina jokes, making the others laugh.
Once they made it to the field Denki and Jirou waved bye to the two other teens and wished them luck before heading over to the bleachers. Mina and Rody walked onto the field and headed over to their friends who were already there.
"Hey guys!" Mina smiled and waved at her friends. "You guys ready to crush these tryouts!?" She asked them. "You know it! My good luck charm is right in the audience!" Uraraka said and turned around to wave at Toga who waved back and blew the brunette a kiss. "Well, both of my good luck charms are right here!" Rody said and wrapped his arm around Deku's shoulder. Pino chirped happily as she nestled herself in Deku's hair.
Deku lowered his head and smiled sadly as he thought of his good luck charm that is tucked away in his backpack by the dugout. "I just want to know what U.A. has planned." Shinsou said as he spun his umbrella around. "Yeah, waiting for them to attack is pretty nerve-racking." Uraraka said and the others nodded their heads in agreement.
The kid's attention was then drawn to the middle of the field where a man had just blown a whistle. "Hey brats line up!" The man had said. "At least Aizawa lets us keep on our gear. Unlike that coach Todoroki." Mina said to the group as they walked over to the line. "Yeah, sometimes I feel bad for them." Rody said, causing everyone to look at him before they all burst out laughing.
"Haha, good one Rody!" Deku giggled out making Rody's face flush slightly before he smiled at the boy. "Thanks babe!" Rody said teasingly, making Deku shake his head slightly and playfully roll his eyes.
"Speaking of U.A. wasn't All Might supposed to be an assistant coach over there? How come he wasn't there when we attacked them?" Uraraka questioned. "He's probably going to join when practices actually start." Shinsou explained making the girl nod her head in understanding.
Once everyone was lined up Aizawa began to introduce himself. "For those of you who don't already know me my name is Shota Aizawa but you can just refer to me as Aizawa or coach or if your name is Hitoshi Shinsou and you happen to be my nephew you can call me the person who controls your life because I can tell your parents about all the illegal shit you've been doing." Aizawa said, making some of the kids laugh and look at Shinsou who rolled his eyes and frowned at the man.
"But seriously you all are here to prove to me that you belong on this team. *yawn* So let's hurry this up so I can take a nap. Deku!" Aizawa called out to the boy, gaining his attention. "Lead everyone in stretches." Aizawa told the teen.
"Yes coach!" Deku said. "Alright everyone give me ten suicides from here to third base!" Deku instructed and the teens went on to run back and forth from second to third base.
Once they were done most of the kids were out of breath and had dropped to the ground to rest. "You guys can rest up for a minute before we move on to the actual stretches." Deku told the kids who responded with groans and mumbles of acknowledgment.
Before the teens got too comfortable their attention was drawn to a boy yelling. "They're here! Ack!" The boy yelled before dropping down to the ground once he got shot in the back.
