The Rivalry

The day dragged on as Bakugou continued to go to class where he had to sit through lectures, take notes, and work on assignments. But finally, it was time for the subject that every student loves.

Lunchtime.

Bakugou took his lunch tray and stood next to the lunch line scanning the tables full of kids. 'I hate lunch.' Bakugou thought as he walked over to an empty table and sat down.

Bakugou took his fork and used it to pick up the lettuce in his salad. He took a bite and looked back up at the lunch tables. He saw a few students with green hair but none were the freckled face boy that Bakugou wanted to see.

'I still have two more classes that he could be in but I figured that I would at least see him at lunch.' Bakugou thought as he scanned the cafeteria more. "Where the hell is he?" Bakugou mumbled to himself.

As Bakugou was looking at the other students he couldn't help but notice that most of them would steal glances his way before talking back to their group. This just made the teen's frown deepen. Three figures then walked into his view causing him to look up at the teens. Three girls stood in front of the blonde each holding a tray full of lunch food.

The girl on the left was slightly chubby and taller than the other two girls. Her hair was jet black and tied up in a high ponytail. She had gray-colored eyes and she wore a small frown on her face as she looked away from Bakugou.

The girl on the right was the shortest among the three. She had long wavy blonde hair along with round blue eyes. She had a neutral expression on her face before she looked over at the girl in the middle. She then looked back at Bakugou and glared at him.

Speaking of the girl in the middle she had shoulder-length light brown hair as well as large dark brown eyes. Her brows were furrowed together as she too glared at Bakugou.

"What?" Bakugou asked clearly annoyed by the girls' presence. "Umm, this table is like ours so take your sorry ass somewhere else." The girl in the middle said. "Yeah like buh bye." The girl on the right said as she waved bye with her hand.

Bakugou just rolled his eyes as he picked up his lunch tray getting ready to go and eat somewhere else, not wanting to deal with the three girls. "Ha, what a loser." The brunette snickered out causing the blonde girl to laugh as well while Bakugou walked by them.

'I guess they don't know who my parents are yet. But once they do they're going to be all over me and it's gonna be such a pain in the ass.' Bakugou thought as he walked over to another empty table. He sat down at the table and continued to eat the rest of his lunch.

"Your name's Bakugou right?" Bakugou looked up to see two teenage boys standing by the table. The one who spoke to him had spiky, almost shoulder-length, black hair. He had red eyes and a small scar located above his right eye. The other teen was taller and had a similar hairstyle but his black hair was slightly shorter, less messy, and he had more jagged bangs. He has a relatively plain-looking face with small black eyes.

"*sigh* You don't have to say anything I'll move, again." Bakugou said as he got ready to leave the table. "Ha, Nah man you're cool we came over to join you!" The teen said and smiled revealing his pointy shark-like teeth.

Bakugou looked at the two questionably as they sat down at the table. "My name is Eijiro Kirishima but my friends call me Kiri for short. And this is my buddy Hanta Sero!" "Sup." Sero said as he nodded his head up at the blonde.

"Yeah...Why are you guys sitting with me again?" Bakugou questioned the two. "Cause you're the new guy duh." Kirishima said before eating a french fry. "Yeah man and we thought that you could use some friends plus someone needs to tell you the rules around here." Sero commented making Kirishima nod his head in agreement.
