A Rumor

"Everyone I have a major announcement!" Mina exclaimed as soon as she entered the classroom. Everyone in the classroom looked at the girl and immediately raised their fingers up to their lips and shushed her.

Mina flinched back in surprise by the onslaught of shushes being directed towards her. The class then pointed at the front of the room where their teacher was already sleeping at his desk.

"Whoops, my bad." Mina whispered as she smiled sheepishly and rubbed the back of her neck. "So what's your big announcement?" Uraraka quietly asked the pinkette who just sat down at the table.

"Oh well, actually I think I'll tell you guys during lunch." Mina told them. "What the hell Mina!? You can't just say you have major news and then not tell us the major news!" Denki complained to the girl who just laughed lightly at the boy. "Ha, sorry but I want Jirou to hear the news too." Mina chuckled out.

"Ugh, but now I'm just going to be thinking about this all day! Please just tell me, I won't tell anyone." Denki clasped his hands and pleaded to the girl who just shook her head. "Sorry hun but you got to wait just like everyone else." Mina told the blonde. Denki then let out a groan and rested his face down on the table which made Mina smile and gently pat the top of his head.

"*cough* Why don't you just tell him now, you know how impatient he gets." Shinsou said after he blew some smoke up in the air. Mina rolled her eyes at the boy. "Denki's a big boy he can wait a few more hours." Mina teased.

"You're so cruel." Denki mumbled with his face still resting on the table. He then lifted his hand up and started making grabbing gestures. Shinsou took his dab pen and placed it in the boy's hand.

"Oh, have you guys heard about that All Might rumor going around?" Rody asked the group while he scratched the top of Pino's head. "Of course I have! Everyone's been talking about it!" Mina said. "*cough* How much do you think U.A. paid him to get him to coach for them?" Denki asked the group as he waved away the smoke he blew out in front of his face.

"Probably not much since the guy is a U.A. alum. He's probably fucking happy to be coaching his old high school." Shinsou remarked and took back his pen from Denki. "That's true." Denki said and leaned back in his seat.

"Wait I'm lost, what rumor?" Uraraka looked at the others and questioned. "Girl you seriously haven't heard about it!?" Mina asked shocked by the fact that the brunette has no idea what they are talking about. Uraraka just shook her head. "What happened with All Might?" She questioned.

"Well, apparently there's a rumor going around that the baseball god, All Might, himself is going to be coaching at U.A. this year since he's now retired." Mina explained to the girl. "Yeah and I doubt that they're going to get rid of Todoroki as their coach so I'm guessing they're just going to partner up and coach them together." Rody added.

"Ugh, of course U.A. would get the two best players in the league to coach them!" Uraraka complained as she crossed her arms and leaned back in her chair. "Hey don't forget our coach was a pro too and he's just as good as those two." Shinsou said and pointed his thumb back at their coach.

The groups of teens all turned their heads to look at their coach. The grown man was resting his head on top of the desk as he slept. Some kids stood around him and were silently laughing as they drew cat whiskers on the man's face as well as put cat ears on top of his head.

"Hehe, cat-zawa." Denki giggled out when he saw the man. "*sigh* Remind me not to defend him anymore." Shinsou sighed out in embarrassment as he looked away from his uncle.

"Pfft, how long do you think it's going to take him to notice once he wakes up?" Mina chuckled out and asked the boy sitting next to her. Mina tilted her head at the greenette when she didn't get an immediate answer. She looked down at the boy's worksheet seeing that he hasn't even written his name on top of the paper.
