End of an Era (Finale)

Everyone's moods drastically shifted when Deku made his appearance.

"It's Deku!" Someone from the A.U. side of the crowd yelled. "Deku!?" "Holy shit he is here!" "Wooo! We might actually be able to win this now!" "Let's go Deku!" The A.U. crowd all screamed and shouted in excitement.

The U.A. crowd however weren't too happy about the news and began to boo and throw curses and insults at the teen and the crowd cheering for him.

The teen's teammates out on the field were just as ecstatic about the boy's appearance as the crowd maybe even more so. Their frowning/dejected faces morphed into happy smiles as they all cheered their friend on. The confidence that they were all lacking seemed to have come back in full force.

"He's here." Rody quietly said to himself. The brunette then looked between both Bakugou and Deku. A determined look settled across his face after doing so.

"He's really gonna play with his hand like that?" Toshinori looked at Aizawa and questioned the man. "It's not against the rules." Aizawa said with a slight shrug. A smirk was present on his face as he proudly looked at his star player.

Bakugou snapped out of his shocked state and tried his best to maintain a batting position but his attention wasn't focused on the game at all. And in the blink of an eye Bakugou managed to get stricken out.

Bakugou's gaze didn't leave the freckled boy even after he gotten off of the field. He desperately wanted to talk with the teen and apologize for what seems like the hundredth time.

Deku quickly made light work of the enemy, even when pitching with his non dominant hand, and struck them all out.

"Are you fucking kidding me!? How the hell did you all get stricken out by someone's who's fucking crippled!?" Mr. Monoma angrily yelled at the team currently standing with their heads down in the dugouts.

"We managed to get a five point lead on them but with Deku back who knows how long you amateurs will be able to keep it." Coach Enji said as he looked down at his clipboard.

"Pfft, there's only like three innings left there's no way those losers will-" Camie began to say but stopped and pressed her lips together when she saw the murderous looks both men gave here.

"Why don't we just hurt him again? Bakugou you're pitching this inning just throw it at his hand like last time." Monoma spoke up and suggested. Bakugou clenched his teeth and glared at the other blonde, trying his best to resist the urge to punch the boy in the face.

"Hurting the guy again isn't gonna do anything. He's already here, your fucked up plan failed." Sero said as he poked the teen in his chest. Kirishima nodded his head in agreement as he glared at the blonde.

"Oh please my plan didn't fail. Look how far ahead we are because of it." Monoma said as he swatted the boy's hand away from him. "If you all just don't screw up like you always do then we can actually win for once." Monoma said.

"We're the screw ups!? Your pitches have been sloppy all game!" Kirishima exclaimed which then resulted in the entire team arguing with one another.

Bakugou managed to slip away from the team and walked over to the water fountain. He had a frown on his face as he thought about Deku. 'Maybe I can try and talk to him after the game.' He thought to himself.

The blonde was quickly taken out of his thoughts when he felt someone pull his arm. The teen stumbled back and was met face to face with Rody. The brunette quickly looked around before facing the boy.
