Where's my comfort home? Is it gone?

GULLIVER'S POV

The way I saw Dad holding Dr. Adallina's hand, I was also surprised and so Mom is, thinking that deep and I didn't have any bad thoughts about it because maybe they were just friends and if not? I'm going to sue Dr. Ada for being with my Dad for freaking months I was gone. I looked at Mom's reaction and I saw her tears as she looked down, sighed heavily and smile like nothing happened; It hurts and it sucks that much.

"H-hey, who was that?" Mom asked him once again, I hold her hand to make her comfortable. "A friend?"

Dad sighed heavily, looking away and glared to us that bad. "Esha, it was Ada." Mom's eyebrows are questioning Dad in everything I couldn't understand for freaking whole time. "Esha, it was her again. It was her again being hurt once again."

"A-Ada? S-she's pretty with her white coat." They both sighed heavily and trying to hold on their tears while I was busy confusing myself in everything. "I-it wasn't my-----our fault, it was her. It was really all her, Kieran." Mom tried to hold his hand but he pushed her away.

"It wasn't her again, Esha. I-I... It was my fault again, I should've an annulment paper for you to sign but you're being sober and didn't make it happened at least once in for all."

"Kieran, we're a family and let her be. Be with us, support Gulliver please, Kieran."

"Shut the freaking off, Esha, shut up!" Dad angrily raised his volume up and everyone is looking at us. "Leave me alone, please. Just leave."

"Who's Dr. Adallina to you, Dad?" I asked him that made him turned his back to my direction, Mom tried to shut me off but I didn't. "Who is she? Why is she important to you than our family? What on Earth is she to you? Why did you picked her over Mom? Answer me no----"

"She's my first love, the true love I was meant to be with since then. She's the only one I always wished to be on my side, she's my person, Gull, she is!"

I was too stunned to speak and can't even understand what Dad just said. "Do you sleep with her in the past months I've been gone as her intern? For the past months to save and help Mom to overcome her condition, did you slept with her? Answer me, Dad, do you?"

"I did, Gull, I did." I bowed my head and sobs silently. "Me and your Mom? We didn't work it out, I'm sorry."

ADA'S POV

I ran to the on call room, trying to page Preston for multiple times but he's not here yet. I can't stop crying over and over again, I can't just stop crying all alone once again because of them again! Seeing them being a family, a happy family that I always wished that Kieran would give until now was a freaking imagination of mine; I hold my grudge, giving him another chances to fulfill, leaving those bad instincts in my mind and chose to be with him all the time he needed me but then, I can't speak or even open my mouth to tell them how painful I'm going to swallow again. Para akong pinapatay nang paulit-ulit no'ng makita ko 'yong reaksyon ni ate Esha at ni Gulliver, para akong isang malaking hadlang sa kanilang tatlo na para bang isa akong kahihiyan, dang.

"Why can't I be happy for that long? Why is there always a circumstances that causes me some painful happenings in my life? Why? Why is it always me?!" I cried that loud, banging my head at the bed's rails and crying simultaneously. "Why is it always me who needs to suffer the most in freaking love?! Why do I always sacrifice my own happiness just for others? Why do I always stand for them but I can't to myself? Why?!" I sobs over and over again as I blame myself in every happenings in my life right now.

Lumabas ako sa on call room, pumunta ako sa bench sa labas ng hospital, it was snowing and it's freezing my inner parts but I ignored it and endured everything. I paged Preston again but he didn't come over, as snow drops in my head, I was in shocked and everything has been a black background and I can't feel anything at all.

PRESTON'S POV

I was on my way to the bench spot where we usually sit when I saw a doctor laying down on the floor and the snow drops continuously. I ran to the doctor's direction and when I saw it, I was shocked and feeling guilty for not answering her pages; it was Adallina, she's not breathing properly, her lips are turning blue also that made me worried that much, damn it!

"Help! I need somebody to help!" I shouted at the lobby of the hospital as my knees trembled and made me kneel because of running. "There's a patient, code blue!" I called and all of the nurses ran to my direction and put Ada on the stretcher.

"This is Dr. Agacci, why is she the patient?" Dr. Bailey asked me. "What happened to her, Dr. Burke?"

"Earlier, I got her missed pages then I saw her out of the hospital, laying on the floor at the bench. She's not breathing properly and she's also turning blue, Dr. Bailey."

We both sighed. "Let's drive her to the E.R first then we're going to heat her up and state a MRI, is that okay?"

"Y-yeah, in order to save her, please."

We ran from the entrance door, to the lobby, to the pit and while we're still hanging on pushing her until she gets on the E.R, somebody tapped my shoulders that made us all stopped for a second, when I turned my back, it didn't casually surprised me at all.

"What happened to her, Burke?" He asked, Dr. Kieran Finley Zalana, what a freaking jerk. "Dr. Burke! What happened to Ad----"

"Who are you to care about Dr. Zalana? You have family talking with, right? Go with them, I'm the one in charge here." I exclaimed, trying to push his hands off the stretcher.

"I'll take her, Dr. Bailey." I chuckles bitterly as he continue being a jerk in front of our attending. "Dr. Bailey and Dr. Burke, I'll take her."

Dr. Bailey didn't respond and so am I, all of us we're keeping silent even Kieran. I pushed Kieran that hard that made all of them surprised, I hold the stretcher and glared at him that bad.

"You have a family, Kieran, be with them instead and leave Adallina alone. Once I know her condition and reasons freezing herself outside and made herself like this, I'll let you know." He stood up, trying to hold on his fist. "Get out of the way, NOW."

Umalis siya sa daanan, hindi na namin siya nilingon pa at nilagay sa isang bed si Adallina para malagyan siya ng oxygen at para makahinga na rin siya nang maayos. I constucted my interns to ran some lab tests as we tried to pre-heated her and put her into oxygen; While I was busy monitoring her vitals, I glance on the door and saw Kieran driving himself insanely crazy.

"It's Hypothermia, Dr. Burke." The interns handed the lab tests results to Dr. Bailey and we looked at it. "We need to pre-heated her more or we're going to lose her."

Another pile of heat we packed for her, still monitoring her yet there is no such things like vitals, stats or any beat we have seen. We continue doing the same process until something happened.

"Damn it, I'm losing you, Ada! I'm losing you!" She's not breathing and the it shows a flat line, I did CPR as Dr. Bailey monitor her. "Ada, please. Ada, breathe and show me a sign, please." Continuously, I'm still into CPR yet my hands are numbing and I can't do it anymore.

"I'll take it here." Dr. Bailey stated and continue my work while I'm the one monitoring her. "Come on, come on! For a minute, Dr. Agacci!"

I gasped as I tried catching my breath because of nervousness, I sobs as the monitor continuing the flat line we already seen multiple times, Dr. Bailey stopped and patted my back as the flat line continues.

"Call it, Dr. Burke." She bowed her head, holding my hand.

"I-I... I..." I uttered. "I-I just... I... Ada!" My eyes widened, damn it.
