The cold sensation of his hands made me shiver. I stepped back and bought my hands up in defence.
"Stay away from me." I growled.
"Don't be afraid my child." He cooed and kept on walking towards me with his barefeet, making the grass turn into ash with his each step.
"I said stay away!" I yelled, louder and clearer. I started stepping back and back until there was nowhere to go as my back hit a tree. This is my end I guess.
I closed my eyes as his long ghostly fingers pushed my hair out of my face and placed his finger below my chin. Slowly he lifted my face up to him and smiled creepily.
"You didn't change a bit my child." He said, his voice making shivers run down my spine.
"What do you want from me?" I asked, my eyes tightly shut in fear.
That made him chuckle. His laugh filled the empty arena and I wondered if Christiana and Olivia heard that. If they did why aren't they coming to save me?
"I want nothing from you, my sweet little Fiona. You've given me everything by accepting me with love. I am here just to help you but if you are afraid of me then I'll leave you alone for now. But remember, I reside just within you, within your heart and your mind. Afterall, I AM YOU." He removed his hands from my face and I was finally able to release my breath.
I opened my eyes to see him standing tall, his hands folded behind his back as he smiled."I'll get going then." He winked and then a wave broke the place out of a time lapse.
So everything was just stopped and that's why Christiana or Olivia didn't come up for help.
I slumped down on the ground on my knees, my head felt heavy, taking in all that happened with me. This can't be true. I am not just a warewolf but a deadly God lives inside my mind who claims to be reborn as me.
The God of death and darkness, Sephatis.
And the only thing that came into my mind was.....how? How is this possible?
So am I a god? Or goddess? I am having gender identity crisis at this moment. Wow.This is so unimaginable that I pinched myself several times. I came here to talk to my wolf but she didn't come out rather a ghostly figure that lives inside me came out to tell me that I am the reborn Sephatis, Sephatis that no one has heard about. Can my life get anymore twisted?
From the corner of my eyes, I saw Christiana and Olivia running up to me as one of them lifted me up from the ground.
"What just happened?" Olivia's voice made me look up to her.
"Didn't your wolf come out?" Christiana asked as she drew out a tissue and wiped my face taking the dirt and mud out with itself.
"No." I breathed.
"You were talking and, and we don't remember anything after that."
"What?" I looked up to them in confusion.
"Yes. We were blacked out. The first thing we did after regaining our consciousness was to run up to you. What happened here?" Christiana searched my eyes, waiting for an answer but my mind was playing with me.
"Don't tell them. They'll never believe you."
"They will. They are my friends."
"They don't know me my child. Do you have a proof that I exist? No one's going to believe you."
"I don't know. I was blacked out as well." I lied and sure it did hurt to lie to them. They are good people who want to help me but I don't have a proof to make them believe that Sephatis exist and it's inside me. Sephatis is me. No one's going to believe me.
