Dammit!
I puffed out as I walked up and down the room.
I was at a guesthouse after leaving the forest where Lesego and that damned hag, Bridgette, had trapped me.
My powers were slowly wearing out because I'd been using them quite a lot in the last few months.
I needed to get rid of Lesego, but I was starting to run out of tactics.
I hated her with every bone in my body, and I wouldn't until she was gone.
I couldn't believe my mother was taking long with whatever she was doing; her obsession with that baby was starting to interfere with my plans.
I don't know why she couldn't compromise for once and do this one favour for me, it was not like we wouldn't both benefit from my twin sister's death.
Lesego wasn't that difficult to deal with; she was the weakest person I'd ever met. Too bad she had to look like me.
She was boring, from the way she dressed; she did not wear dresses or skirts, and she went pants all the way.
I wondered what all these guys saw in her, especially Clay.
He thought she was innocent, and she's the perfect twin.
I don't think I've ever hated anyone in my life like I did her.
I loved her once.
We grew up together and we were close, that was until my mother separated us. Not only did she separate us, but she chose to live with Lesego instead of me.
And my hatred grew over the years as everyone else chose her over me.
I used to think it was normal for me to hate my sister, because let's face it, we are all jealous of our siblings because we feel that they are getting better treatment than us, especially our younger brothers and sisters.
Except, that was not the case with me, I wanted her dead.
I was shaken out of my thoughts by a knock on the door.
I got up to check it out.
"Miss Karabelo Nichols?" A short dark-skinned man asked.
I gave him a tight smile.
"Miss Medupe sounds much better," I rebuked coldly.
The man looked a bit...hurt? Ugh, these humans and their emotions.
"I- I'm from The Green's Security Company, I am here to deliver the footage you asked for."
"What took you so long?" He grimaced and took a cautious step back.
I needed to calm down, I'm sure he could feel the tension radiating from my body.
As much as my powers were wearing off, they had grown abnormally stronger in the last few days.
"Where do I sign?" I asked.
He handed me some papers, and I walked back into my room and signed for the package.
I didn't even bother to invite him in, I signed and handed him back the papers.
He just grabbed them and left. Jerk!
I picked the box from the floor and shut the door behind me before walking over to the bed where my laptop was placed.
"Let's see what we have here," I muttered as I inserted the DVD into my laptop.
Lesego was in for the surprise of her life, because I was going to put an end to her entire existence.
I waited impatiently as the blood thing loaded for eternity. It only took three damn minutes, which felt like freaking three years.
I hate waiting, patience and I didn't belong in the same sentence. I'm the worst impatient person ever, my mother knew it.
Once the disk finished loading, I fast-forward the footage to the time I wanted, everything seemed normal for almost half of the footage, until it was before midnight.
I was in my apartment in town about four to five months ago while planning for the great ambush of Lesego.
All the windows opened like they were pushed by a harsh wind, and all the fabrics and papers started flying around.
The next thing, the front door also flew open like someone was going to enter, only to close again.
The footage looked tempered, because it skipped straight to my room, showing my bedroom door opening itself.
Things started flying around, and then my body moved slowly like it was being controlled.
My eyes flung open once I was seated on my bed, but they were red – blood red.
"If Lesego doesn't fall for this..." I sucked my teeth, my eyes stuck on the image before my eyes.
I got off my bed and started waving my hands in the air, causing everything in the room to float in the air.
It looked like a scene straight out of a movie.
I started moving out of my bedroom, with all the things from my room following behind. The door to my guestroom also opened and everything came out floating behind me as I continued making my way downstairs.
"Time to practice the water works." I smirked as I shut my laptop.
If my mother wasn't going to come through for me, I would do it myself.
The only problem now was getting into that house. I tried earlier but turned out that Bridgette had the entire place protected with heavy spells.
There was only one way to handle this.
I picked up my phone and dialled a number, hopefully he answered.
"What do you want?" He asked coldly, and I smirked in return even though he couldn't see me.
"Sihle, we need to talk. It's about Lesego."
I knew he would never resist where she was involved. I could never forget the look on his face when he learned that she was alive.
Too bad he wouldn't live long enough to make his fantasies with her a reality.
He sighed loudly. "Fine, let's meet tomorrow morning, I have a meeting with Lesego later."
I narrowed my eyes in thought, why was he meeting up with her?
"Great, I'll forward you the address."
