Amira's POV

"The second princess has passed out in the garden with a bottle of Tequila in her hand, Your Highness." Moon's servant came back with a much more surprising news. How can the princess leave her own party to party alone?

"What do we do?" I asked. The princess has not had any appearance or even delivered a birthday speech throughout the whole day. Moon's expression really look like she's so done with her sister.

Even she did not expect that her sister was just out at the garden after 30 minutes of looking for her to no avail.

"As usual, I take care of it." she sighed in frustration and massaged her temples.

When she held held her hand up her face, I noticed a slight bruise forming on her knuckles.

"Uh.. Moon. Your knuckles are kind of... swelling up." I hesitantly pointed out. As if she didn't want me to see it, she hid her hand on her back.

"This is nothing.." she replied, clearly not meeting my eyes. Does this have something about 'accidentally' flashing my cherries again that she refuses to even take a glance at me? I hope not..

If I could be honest, perhaps she was involved in a fist fight, but she looks unharmed. No signs of any other bruise other than the ones on her knuckles. However when she came back to the party, she looks already fuming even before she found out that the second princess wasn't sober.

"Stay there. I'm going to deliver the speech myself." I looked at her in surprise. She can do that impromptu speech thing? I know if I was in her place, I would've already been sh*tting on my pants even when I have notes in my hand. I looked at her in awe. How is she so cool? She didn't have any bit of strained look on her face.

"Princess, What happened?" The Emperor asked with furrowed brow.

"Ask my sister when she's sober." she replied and bowed her head to excuse herself. She proceeds to walk up to the center of the crowd. The Emperor looked confused seeing Moon delivering the speech, not the second princess.

"Call Gabriella tomorrow morning in my office. I need to have a word with her." The Emperor demanded.

Even though it wasn't me, I'm scared for the Princess. The Emperor was never near happy when he realized what Moon meant. I swear ya'll, the emperor is not for the weak.

"As you wish Your Majesty." Even the queen look angry to see Princess Moon give out speech instead of her daughter.

--

When the party ended, For the first time I was able to breathe freely. Moon was summoned to his Majesty's office to explain what was going on about the princess before asking the second princess in the morning. It seems like the Emperor trust the eldest the most.

Not going to lie, her responsible and reliable personality is charming. I'll give points for that.

"Seriously anak (child), How were you able to send such big money to us? You're not involved in some illegal practices, right?" Mum asked me worriedly. I decided to call my family for awhile and ask how everything is. I chuckle at her comment and shifted my weight to the other side of the bed.

"I almost had a heart attack when one million veruckas were suddenly deposited in my bank account . Do you know how much that would be when it's converted in our currency?!"

"I promise you mum, It's clean money. My hardwork just got paid off, that's why." I responded with a lie.

"Awe, my daughter is such a hardworking sweetheart." she chuckled. I've also put money on Riley's bank account just incase anything happens.
