Chapter 47

Previously on Chapter 46

I frown at the thought of going separate ways. we've been together through everything... the thought of splitting up is suddenly so terrifying. I hope nothing bad will happen to us.

-Going Separate Ways-

Y/N P.O.V

"I can't believe it. There's a man living at the Eastern Air Temple. He says he's a guru" Aang said. "What's a guru? Somekind of poisonous blow fish?" Sokka said. I shake my head, letting out a laugh.

"No, a spiritual expert. He wants to help us take the next step in the Avatar journey. He says he can teach us to control the Avatar State" I said.

"And I can't believe we know where our dad is now" Katara said. "I know what you mean. My mom's in the city. And from her letter it sounds like she finally understands me" Toph said. I can hear the sound of longing in her voice.

"This is all such big news! Where do we even start?" Sokka said. I frown at what he said. I've thought of it before. "I hate to say it, but we have to split up" Katara said. I nod my head.

"She's right... I thought about it too. We have no choice but to split up for now. It'll take too long if we go to each one all together" I said. "Split up? We just found Appa and got the family back together! Now you want us to separate? And you too, Y/N?" Aang said, looking at the two of us worriedly.

"You two have to meet this guru, Aang. If we're going to invade the Fire Nation, both of you need to be ready" Katara said. Aang let's out a sigh, knowing were right.

"Well, if Y/N and I are going to the Eastern Air Temple, we can drop you off at Chameleon Bay to see your dad" he said. Sokka thinks about it. "Someone has to stay here with the Earth King and help him plan for the invasion. I guess that's me" he said, standing up.

Katara shakes her head. "No, Sokka. I know how badly you wanna help Dad. You go to Chameleon Bay. I'll stay here with the king" she said. Sokka's eyes widened as he starts to dance around with happy tears in her eyes.

"You are the nicest... sister... ever!" He said, as he throws himself to Katara. Katara pushes him off. "Easy there, big brother... Though you're right. I am" she said. I let out a chuckle at the two.

Just like planned, we're going to drop Sokka off to where his father would be. Then we'd head of to the Eastern Air Temple to meet this Guru. I really hope that he'd be able to help me remember who I was.

We're currently gathering because we'd say goodbye to one another before leaving. It's going to take quite a while until we'd be able to reunite. Especially Aang and I, because we'd have to learn how to control our spiritual powers.

"Your Majesty. There are three female warriors to see you. They're from the island of Kyoshi" one of the soldier said. "That's Suki!" Sokka said. He falls off Appa's back. The Earth King turns to look at him.

"You know these warriors?" He said. I offer Sokka a hand to help him stand up. "Oh yeah. The Kyoshi Warriors are a skilled group of fighters. Trustworthy too. They're good friends of ours" he said, grabbing my hand. I pull him to his feet.

"Then we shall welcome them as honored guests" he said. I jump and land on Appa's head. "Come on, brother" I said. He turns to look at me. He slowly makes his way over.

"Wait, Aang!" Katara said. Aang turns to look at him, flinching when Katara suddenly rushes towards him. She hugs him and pulls him into a hug. She places a soft kiss on his cheek afterwards, causing Aang to blush.

"I'm really gonna miss you guys" Toph said. I slide down Appa's head and hugs her. Katara and Aang joins in too. "Me too..." Katara said, as Sokka cross his arms and looks away. "Yeah" Aang said. "So Will I..." I said. We pull away and turn to Sokka, pulling him into a hug.

"Aahh! Great. That's enough" he said. I let out a soft chuckle. He lets out a sigh, and pats Aang's and Katara's head. "Oh come on~ you don't have to hide it" I said. Which makes him rolls his eyes.

"Okay. We love each other. Seriously" he said, he place a soft kiss on my forehead which makes me flinched. I stare at him wide-eyed. He just smiles at me. We pull away and get on Appa's back. Then we take off.

"You see, Aang and Y/N? A little positive thinking works wonders. We got the king on our side, we got Long Feng arrested, and when we get back, Suki's waiting for me" he said.

When he said Suki's name, I don't feel anything anymore. I guess that means I'm completely over that little crush. It must be because now I'm in love with Zuko.

I froze at the thought of him. Oh no! Zuko! I have promised him that I will visit him often. Oh Dear Spirits... I hope he's not too mad at me. I wonder what he's up to right now.

I suddenly start to feel a growing longing emotion in my heart. I wanna go and visit Zuko. Something tells me that Zuko is currently not doing so good. I hope he'll be alright.

I miss you, Zuko

Zuko P.O.V

After releasing the Avatar's bison. I fell sick. Uncle said it's because I have a battle with my mind. He assures me that after I got better, I'd be a better version of myself.

I'm laying on my bed. I turn my head slightly to look out the window. Y/N... where is she? She promised that she'd come to visit. But she never come once. I can't believe that she would break her promise like this.

No... she must be busy. Stay positive, Zuko. Y/N will come and visit soon. I'm sure she will. She's not the type of person that will break promises. There has to be a proper explanation why she didn't come to see me. Yeah... there has to be.

I wanna see her and hold her in my arms. I want to feel the comfort that can only be given by her. I let out a sigh and turn to lay on my side. I still feel a little dizzy. But my fever have went down. I just need a little more rest. I close my eyes and slowly drift off to sleep, with the thought of my beloved girlfriend in my mind. Y/N... please hurry and come.
