Chapter 8: Hidden in Plain Sight...

Team: BLEH

They have done really nothing and took a backseat almost the whole time. Sure, they caught ONE contestant, but they ended up getting away. So, they have just been relying on the white ball that revealed where everyone else were. At first, they weren't sure what it did. So, when someone touched the ball, they were teleported into a clear void above the dome that has like tabs on everyone. Like, if they were to click on a book icon, it would take them to where Book was. That's how they discovered Yellow Face was trapped but released. After what seemed like ages on checking who was on their territory, something finally happened. It was Gaty's turn to see and saw that Death P.A.C.T was on their turf. She quickly alerted her team, and they rushed out to where the other team was. Soon enough, they saw Pillow, Liy, Pen, and Black Hole wandering around, looking for other contestants. So, they rushed out to them, and Death P.A.C.T suddenly disappeared. They were confused at first, but after wandering around the area, Ice Cube accidentally bumped into something invisible, responded with an "Ow! Oh No!" She looked around and could see the outline of a certain Pillow. Pillow realized this and reached forward somewhere to go back into complete transparency. Ice Cube alerted her teammates, and they came rushing over. However, were met with complete silence and irritation towards Ice Cube. 

"Really little Ice Cube? You had to waste our time?"

"But Lollipop, Pillow was right there! I saw her with my own eyes!"

"Maybe Pillow was right there Lollipop, and Ice Cube can see through this invisibility thing they are doing."

"No, you guys are just being ridiculous. Let's use the tracker."

Following Lollipop's orders, Saw took out the ball and went to the void. She clicked on Black Hole, and saw that they were near them, running away. She went back to them and said, "They're still pretty close! We can catch up to them if we run." Following Saw's direction, they soon bumped into one of the members. Taco, being the closest, got hit in her shell and knocked out. Gasping, Book took out her weapon and stabbed it right where Taco got hit. She saw a burst of electricity and Liy came to the floor crashing down. She wasn't moving, and they declared her dead. The rest of Death P.A.C.T didn't hesitate and started going back to their territory. They decided it wasn't worth risking their bodies and started heading back. They tried to get Taco back up, but the impact from the hit and her falling down caused her to break in half. Seeing as her body didn't do anything for them, they left her and Liy behind, and they soon got teleported to the APE.

APE

APE, or Algebraliens Plus Eliminated, is a metal, green box that hangs over the battle dome. It's where 4 and X have been and the place that eliminated contestants go to. Taco and Liy appeared with a Drumroll noise. Taco woke up, groggy.

"Huh, where AM I?" She looked around and saw her friends and the other eliminated contestants. 

"You got out too?"

"Oh! Hey Blockster, where are we?"

"Well, we're in a kind of room for eliminated contestants. 4 and X are over there." He pointed to the familiar hosts, and Taco began to walk over. She was stopped by an invisible force field, which pushed her back with great force. Confused, she tried again by throwing a piece of tomato from her body. It reflected off and back into her shell. Intrigued, she did it again, with more curiosity. Blocky started getting annoyed.

"You done?"

"Sorry, it's just so interesting."

"Yeah yeah, we need to get out of here."
