Saturday January 23rd—

I cannot believe that the whole school is outside congratulating us five, the winners of this tournament.

"Go Team Inarrestabile!" the crowd shouts. School has just ended and I'm sure this was planned by the teachers for a very long time. Actually, at first, when I arrived 10 minutes ago, this wasn't the case.

"Team Royals!" was what everyone was shouting, including some of the teachers who didn't know the outcome of the tournament yet. I suppose they haven't broadcasted the third task yet or nobody has watched it because they were so sure that Team Royals won.

"This year's tournament is won by Team Inarrestabile!" Mr. A announces to the whole school. The crowd went silent for a few seconds before starting to cheer again, just as loud and enthusiastic as before. I suppose they don't have a big bias towards the Royals after all.

"How are we going to get back?" Roy whispers.

"Push through the crowd," Matthew says, sounding defeated. "It'll take some time, but it's not like we have any other choice." The teachers who came along with us said that it's okay for us to go back and have some rest because we just spent a week in a forest. I really want to take a shower and just sleep for a month.

I open my backpack and put away everything I brought with me on the trip. I don't really have much stuff remaining because I originally took up a lot of space in the backpack by filling it with food and water. I already took a shower and I realized how amazing it is. After being in the forest for so long with scarce supplies, you tend to appreciate the things in your life more. I wonder if anybody else is feeling the same way.

I lay on the bed when I finish unpacking, but am kept awake thinking about what will happen next. I won the competition, we won the competition. That means we are going to spend the next month touring the MCC! I'm obviously very excited, but this feels so unreal. Who would've expected that we would actually win? If I didn't know any better, I would be like the students from before, cheering on the Royals. However, the five of us freshmen students were able to beat the strongest students in the school? Of course, some of us are stronger or just as strong as many of the Royals, but we aren't as experienced for sure. At least I think we aren't. Still, I feel so accomplished.

I wonder what they did with the Abonebility Fruit. My guess is that the fruit is given to the nurse so she can make use of it or it is being donated to some hospital. I remember the Abonebility Tree in the Dawns High Forest. It's supposed to bear fruit this year, right? I wonder how many fruits there will be. Many people must want it. I wonder if there will be people trying to steal the fruit.

"Wake up, you chicken!" a blur image in front of me says. Hmm, did I fall asleep? I rub my eyes and find Roy and Matthew in my room.

"Why are you both in here?" I ask. I should put some signs on my door next time.

"Don't you want dinner?" Matthew asks. "You haven't eaten a proper meal in ages!" I am pretty hungry actually. I was about to have lunch when I got back, but I fell asleep instead.

Roy ordered pizza for dinner and while we are eating, my two buddies fill me in on the latest news.

"We are going to the MCC on Monday," Matthew says. "It's going to take a whole day by plane." The MCC is in the capital, Vebenisla. There are 5 of these cities: Falce, Tenter, Dawns, Phoenix, and Vebenisla. Vebenisla is a very small city compared to the others because nobody lives there, unless you are counting some of the workers of the MCC. The place is personally used by the MCC and some people say it's the 5th greatest city apart from Falce, Tenter, Dawns, and Phoenix. In addition, Vebenisla is an island in the center of all the major cities so you have to take a plane or boat to get there.
