"Earth to Dustin" Eddie's voice echoed down the walkie-talkie, waking her up. She was actually able to sleep without disturbance for the first time in months. "It's Delilah" she said through a yawn, she could hear him smile on the other end. "Ah, my little level one dwarf ?. Hey, I'm going to need a food delivery like really soon unless you want me going into the outside-" he said as she rubbed her eyes and sighed. "Don't even joke with me like that Eddie. If you don't stay where you are and wait for us, I'll turn you in myself" she said annoyed as he gasped on the other end of the phone. "You wouldn't" he said pretending to be offended as she nodded before realising he couldn't see her. "Oh but I would. I'm actually on Vecna's hitlist. You'll go down for my murder too if you go outside" she warned as he went silent for a second, this was rare. "This asshole has you too ?" he asked as she stayed silent. "Before I get my dream of playing one measly game of D&D with the Princess of HellFire ?" he asked dramatically, she just smirked and turned off the device in her hands before going back to sleep.

"Delilah" the voice barked again, she obviously hadn't turned it off. "What ?" she groaned into the phone. "Six pack ?" he asked as she laughed. "Join basketball if you want one that bad" she joked as he scoffed. "Of beer dickhead. I know it's stupid as shit drinking right now but gotta kill the boredom somehow" he ranted as she nodded. "I might have to join you" she said honestly, the idea of numbing everything with alcohol seemed ideal. "It's a date then" he said smugly as she kept laughing. "In your dreams Munson" she spat, thinking she'd have the last word. "The Lilah that exsists there is a way nicer"

Nancy awoke suddenly and looked around. "Where's Max ?" she asked the other girl who shrugged, she'd obviously gotten up during the encounter. "It was Dustin's turn" she said while pointing at her sleeping brother. Nancy shook him awake. "You were on Max watch" she shouted as Dustin nodded. "Where is she ?" Nancy asked as he pointed at the couch. "She was right there, a second ago" he said, slightly alarmed that he'd lost her and she could be literally anywhere. "I swear I just dozed off for...an hour" he said, even more alarmed as he and Nancy went to find her and Delilah caught up on months of sleep.

Steve was driving, the car was packed so she sat on Robin's lap as Nancy explained that Max drew a picture of Vecna's world and a certain stain-glass window and door was identical to Victor Creel's house. "Yeah that's not creepy" Steve joked once they all got out and observed the creepy, boarded up, abandoned house. They all walked towards it but Delilah stood still. Not wanting her to be alone, he grabbed her wrist and led her towards the building. "First you lead me towards a nuclear weapon, now you're leading me towards Vecna's house. You must really love me Harrington" she joked but he couldn't help but smile at the last statement. "Technically I carried you towards a nuclear weapon, now I'm dragging you" he corrected as she handed him the hammer so he could open the door.

"What are we looking for in this shithole ? A faster way for me to die ?" she asked Nancy who rolled her eyes. "N-no, obviously not. We're not sure but we just know this house is important to Vecna" she scolded as Steve shook his head. "So this all relates back to what Max saw in Vecna's soup mind world ?" Steve asked as Nancy nodded. "Exactly" she said as Delilah walked over to Dustin, not convinced. "Maybe it holds a clue to where Vecna is. Why he's back, why he killed the Creels and a way to stop him before he comes back for Max and...and D-Delilah" he said, he could barely say his sisters name. "We don't think he's in there, right ?" Lucas asked as Delilah laughed. "What do you think he'll be doing ? Making lunch ? Reading the paper ? You're all crazy. He's not going to have a diary filled with thoughts and items lying around to tell us what we want to know" she shouted, she was nervous, they all knew that so Robin walked over to her, wrapped an arm around and tried to calm her down.

They eventually got the board off the door and the rose stained door was revealed. "Delilah ? It's so nice to finally meet you" a voice said to her which startled her. Max heard something too, something different though based on her face. "Oh you have to be taking the piss. No" she shouted about to run down the steps back to the car as Steve turned to look at her. "What ?" he asked as she laughed. "Delilah, it's so nice to finally meet you, which one of you boobs said that ?" she asked, trying to play it off as somebody joking but nobody said anything. "Fuck"
