The One With Lacy

Luna's POV

The airplane ride was quick, since I slept through pretty much all of it. We walked to get our bags, which took a while since Lacy had lost her luggage.

Eventually we found it and walked outside. We wandered around and eventually found two taxis, which we all got in. Caspar, Marina, and I were in one and Calum, Lacy, and Everest were in the other.

Our cab was following theirs, so we jut drove along and talked about plans to get Everest's antidote.

The taxis dropped us off at a field that was apparently very popular in Prague.

"Well. This is... interesting," Caspar said, bouncing up and down on the balls of his feet.

"Indeed," Marina agreed, awkwardly swaying back and forth. "Shall we..... explore? Afterwards we can find Madame Genie."

"Why the hell are we even here?" I asked.

"Because I wanted to be," Everest said, looking quite scary and menacing.

We all walked around, when I saw Lacy slip away from the group, muttering to herself.

"I'm going to go.... pee. In the woods. Lacy come with me," I stated, grabbing Lacy's hand and dragging her with me, despite her protests.

After we had gotten out of earshot and eyesight, Lacy turned to me and said, "So. Why'd you want to talk?"

"Your little shy act won't get you anywhere. I see right through it. So why the hell are you acting all goody-two-shoes?" I told her, slipping my hand into my back pocket, making sure I had my knife still there.

"Well well well. Miss Luna Ravenrose is finally understanding that I'm not all goooood. It took you long enough to say something." She replied, smiling evilly.

I placed my hands on my hips. "I've known all along. Quite honestly I never trusted you since you're always a complete bitch."

"I've been planning something for a little while. I need you to complete my plan. You see, you're probably the best assassin ever. And you are also able to help me take over the world. So you're the perfect candidate to help!"

I narrowed my eyes on confusion. "What are you talking about?"

"Weellllll I won't tell you right now since I wouldn't want to spoil anything. But, I think I will tell you later. Once we have completed the process," she said, giggling softly.

"Process?" I asked.

"Oh yes that's the best part!" Her eyes were bright, almost looking insane. "But we will get there later. Right now we have to make it seem like we were kidnapped so your little slaves will be none the wiser!"

My eyes widened and I rushed forward to her, my knife in my hand, but I was stopped short by strong arms constricting me.

"See Luna, you may be amazing at killing but quite honestly you suck at knowing when to not come into the woods with a crazy girl and a dozen of her minions." She snapped her fingers and there was a rustling, then people started coming out of the woods, holing not weapons but ropes and cloth. The leader was this young woman with puffy brown hair and a snarl at her face.

They all started wrapping me in the materials, the leader covered my mouth first so I wouldn't cry for help. I struggled but soon I was bound, looking like a mummy.

Lacy stood over me, giggling. "Don't worry Loony. You are just coming to my world. There you will learn how to become who you were truly meant to be. Trust me. It's going to be fun!"

I glared at her, trying to use magic but the binding must have stopped the magic from working.

"Soon enough you will understand Soon enough you will realize what we are trying to accomplish."

With that she passed a hand over my face and I drifted into darkness.
