Chapter Thirty One

Jake's P.O.V

I see Mason like every two weeks now. I lost all custody of him. I was going for a walk when I saw a face I knew all to well. It was my older brother Jason. He walked up to me and gave me a smirk. I looked at his right eye and saw his scare that his old girlfriend made before she died." Hey little brother. Long time no see." He said as he hugged me." Same here." I said as I patted him on the back." I have not seen you since I went to jail." He said. Oh shit! I forgot all about that! He must hate me.

~Flash Back~

" Just shut up already Mary!" Jason yelled to his girlfriend." No! I told you to clean up your mess! But no! You leave your pregnant girlfriend to do every god damn thing!" She yelled in his face. She should know he can not control his temper." You make me do everything in this house!" She yelled in his face. The only thing blocking them was her 6 month belly." Shut up!" He yelled as he gave her a little push. Nothing hard just to get her out of his space." No! You started this so I am going to finish it!" She yelled." Go clean up the mess you made! I am your girlfriend not your fucking Mother or your Maid!" She yelled getting closer to him. He got so angry, he pushed her. She fell down the stairs since they were in the stair way. She landed flat on her belly. He ran to her and yanked her up." You wanna yell at me?! Huh?!" He yelled in her face." You are just a little bitch that needs to be punished!" He yelled as he slapped her. I already know something is wrong because she was holding her stomach as she cried in pain. I ran to them and pushed him off her." We need to get her to the hospital!" I yelled at Jason. We took her to the hospital and they did an ultrasound on her. Jason and I sat in the waiting room. He kept mumbling things to himself. He got up and left to the restroom. The Doctor let me in the room. I walked in and saw Mary crying with her head in her hands. I walked up to her and moved her hands.'' What happened Mary? Is the baby okay?'' I asked her. She shook her head.'' The baby is gone. He died right when I landed on the floor.'' She said as she rubbed her belly. Their unborn son died 6 months into her pregnancy and it is all Jason's fault. Mary was discharged a few days later.

Jason's P.O.V

I just got home and saw Mary sitting on the couch.'' Is dinner ready?'' I asked her as I took my jacket off and hung it up.'' No she mumbled.'' Why not?'' I asked as I walked closer to her.'' You can make your own food!'' She yelled in my face.'' It is all your fault! My baby boy is gone and it is all your fault!'' She cried.'' Shut up.'' I said as I walked away. She was getting me Madeline. She walked up to me and scratched my eye with a razor she had been hiding. I held my eye to stop the bleeding.'' No! I am not going to shut up! That is all you fucking tell me to do-'' I cut her off with my hands grabbing her by the neck. I was strangling her. She kept trying to gasp for air and tried to get my hands off her neck, but I squeezed even harder every time she did. Her face was turning purple and her eyes were rolling up ward. I kept going then her hands let go of mine. My mind came back. I realized what I was doing so I let go as fast as I could. Her body fell to the ground. I checked her pulse but there was none.'' Mary?'' I said as I looked down at her body. I stroked her cheek.'' Mary wake up!'' I yelled as a tear fell from my cheek. I was crying as I held her limb body when Jake walked in. He looked at me with a shocked expression.'' I-it was an a-accident.'' I whispered.'' What did you do?'' He asked as he backed away. I laid her body down and walked to him.'' Please! Help me!'' I cried.'' Y-you killed her! You monster!'' He yelled to me. He ran out the door. A few hours later the police came and took me away. Turns out that Jake called the police and turned me in. I lost my child and my love and it is all because I cannot control my fucking anger.

Jake's P.O.V

"Earth to Jake!" Jason yelled as he waved a hand in my face." Sorry. I zoned out." I said." I kinda figured that." Jason said." I have to go." I said as I rushed away from my monster of a brother. Jason grew anger issues when both my parents commented suicide.
