Chapter Thirteen

Stephanie's P.O.V
I pulled up to Andrea's house. I turned off the car and sighed. I turned my head and looked at Edward, he smiled at me." We are here buddy. Come on." I said as I unbuckled my seatbelt and opened the door. I opened Edward's door and helped him out of his car seat.
When we got to Andrea's house Edward was fast asleep. So I walked up to her door and knocked on it. The door open and it was Andrea." Hey Stephanie, what are you doing here so late?" She asked. She grabbed my face." Wait, what happened to you?!" She asked and I bit my lip." H-Harry, he got angry with m-me then he slapped me." I said as I hugged her and started to cry." Andrea it was so bad, h-he was yelling, he p-pushed me down the stairs, h-he even hurt Edward." I said and she gasped." T-that bitch." She whispered so Edward wouldn't hear." C-can we stay here for a little while?" I asked and she nodded. She let us in her house and shut the door.

" Edward do you want to stay with your mommy in the guest room or with James in his room?" Andrea asked and Edward jumped up." With James!" He said with a  smiled. James and Edward were best friends, they always have been. Andrea took him to James's room and came down a few minutes later.

Andrea's P.O.V

" Do you want to tell me what happened?" I asked as  we sat on the couch." Yeah, c-can I get our stuff first?" She asked and I nodded." I will help." I said as we stood up. We walked to her car. She opened the trunk and we grabbed all the bags. We walked back inside and I shut the door. I locked the door then took Edward's stuff to James's room then Stephanie's stuff to the guest room.

I went back downstairs and went to the couch. Stephanie came down and sat with me." He g-got mad at me because I didn't want another fucking kid!" Stephanie yelled. She stood up and started walked back and forth." Of course I don't want another kid! He is never around! I can barley take care of Edward!" She yelled as she grabbed her hair and sighed."  He thinks he has the right to yell for another kid then hit me when I disagree?!" She yelled and I shook my head." Stephanie, go get some sleep and we will worry about this tomorrow, okay?" I said and she smiled." Okay." She said with a nod.

The Next Day

Stephanie's P.O.V

I opened my eyes to the bright as fuck sun soaking through the blinds. I sat up and yawned. Ow! I felt a pain in my jaw. I touched my jaw and the pain felt like a bruise. I got out of the bed and walked to the door. I opened the door and walked to the bathroom. I opened the bathroom door and looked in the mirror. I had bruises on my jaw in the shape of fingers, Harry's fingers. My cheek was still red, from Harry's slap. A tear slid down my cheek, I sighed as I wiped away the tear. I left the bathroom and went back to the guest room. I walked out of the bathroom and slowly walked to James's room. I quietly opened the door and saw James and Edward were still asleep. I closed the door and walked back to the guest room. I shut the door and walked back to the bed. I laid down and covered myself with the blanket.

2 Hours Later

I opened my eyes. I sat up, yawned, and stretched my arms, legs, and back.

5 Minutes Later

I walked down the stairs and saw Andrea and Luke cooking breakfast, James and Edward were sitting at the table." Good morning mommy!" Edward said." Good morning sweetie." I said as I sat next to him." Hey boys, do you want to go to the park after breakfast?" Andrea asked and the boys smiled with excitement." Yes mom!" James said and Andrea smiled.

After Breakfast

We were all on our way to the park that was down the street from Andrea and Luke's house.
I felt my phone vibrate. I pulled my phone out from my pocket and saw I had a text from Harry.
