This week have been particularly hectic on everyone but especially Jisoo - not only because of the series of articles released by media and the really exclusive interview her grandmother about everything

"Wow, she definitely didn't hold back" Taehyung says with a laugh, all of them gathered for drinks like they always do after a hectic week of work or this time a hectic week of dodging the media who all wants a piece of them
"So...Sunmi huh?" Yeri teased, the youngest among all of them and the cheekiest as well
"What about her?" Jisoo asked nonchalantly, she can feel Chaeyoung stiffing by her side
They're all friends and all but they all knew Chaeyoung was wrong when she just left Jisoo in the blue and then just came back again - although they weren't angry or whatsoever since the lawyer's actions are justified nobody said they can't have a little fun with a little bit of revenge on Chaeyoung
"I'm just saying..." Yeri raised her hands in defeat, "She does check all the boxes"
"What boxes?" Lisa asks although she's closest to Chaeyoung she wants to see her bestfriend squirm a little
"You know her well since you grew up with her" Yeri says
"She's smart, kind and beautiful - that's like your holy trinity" Taehyung chimes in
"She's a little bit older than you but that only means she knows what she wants" Jennie shoots a subtle look at Chaeyoung and Jisoo glared at her
"-Okay, that's enough" she warns them, "We're friends and that's it"
"Boo" Yeri throws a piece of the peanuts she's eating to Jisoo
"As much as I would want to sit down and enjoy a couple of drinks with you guys and torture Chaeyoung - I really have to leave" she smiles at them sardonically, she says her goodbyes she leaves after throwing them one last warning look if they ever mess with Chaeyoung

With the press conference about her being Chairman is set two days from now, Jisoo is extra careful not to attract the media more than usual as per the request of the board.
She wonders if the board asked her grandmother to go publicly about her and her friends, she also remembers the lecture she got the morning after Taehyung's birthday party when Jennie already left for work and Jisoo was still getting ready
