Jisoo sinks further in her seat  with every passing second. Her professor have been blabbing about product management or whatever but all she can think of is Chaeyoung.

Once the professor dismissed them she shot upright in her seat and walked out.

Chaeyoung Park, her girlfriend. Jisoo can can feel her heart pounding with every step she makes, the click of her heels on the tiled floor echoes loudly on the almost empty halls.

A thousand thoughts going through her mind and not a single one is making her feel better. She can't really blame her mind - she fucked up.

Her mind goes back to how she got into this situation in the first place.

..

Jisoo finds herself watching Chaeyoung's gig at the black label resto bar - Chaeyoung's performance are always a hit so the bar was normall packed, with students and locals alike.

She wasn't totally out of place but no one would expect her to be the muse of every love song that the latter sings but she is - oh but she is. Jisoo smiles at the thought.

Jennie Kim, her bestfriend brings along Lisa Manoban - which happens to be Chaeyoung's bestfriend. She raises her eyebrow at the pair but Jennie just shrugged it off.

It wasn't that she didn't like Lisa (although she is annoying) its just that nobody knows about her relationship with Chaeyoung. Mostly it was because they lived in a fairly small well knitted town where everyone knew everyone and news travel really fast.

Also because Jisoo didn't think it was anyone's business who she dates, although she is the Mayor's only child. There are always rumours going around about who she's dating and without fail those rumours miss the truth by a mile.

Jisoo was out and so is Chaeyoung - but Jisoo grew up with someone always watching her every move.

Then there was Chaeyoung's family. Who can be a little problematic.

With Jisoo's Mom being the Mayor and Chaeyoung's father constant run ins with the law - they were an unlikely pair. Jisoo hated the idea of that, that Chaeyoung was her unlikely pair. She likes to think that they were made for each other

And so her friends and Chaeyoung's friends don't really run in the same circles. She was momentarily distracted by the thundering applause Chaeyoung receives after another song

"One more" Her girlfriend says and proceeds to strum her guitar.

Everybody liked Chaeyoung which is why Jennie finds the set up ridiculous, not that she'd say anything to Jisoo. She silently supported her bestfriend through her decisions.

Jisoo gets up to get shots for Jennie and Lisa. She shoots her bestfriend a look that says "we're gonna talk about this later" and her bestfriend accepts the silent defeat.

To be clear - she wasn't mad or threatened that this interaction might be the cause of her relationship unraveling to the public. She was intrigued because Jennie was never the one to socialize (and because she also finds Lisa annoying, or so she says)

The bartender, Sunmi - just a little bit older than Jisoo offers her a sly smile. One thing that comes about being in constant spotlight - is that some people wanted to get into it.
