Jisoo cannot count the times she was asked by her friends to break up with her girlfriend, Chaeyoung.
And it's not that she can't see their point - it's just that she doesn't want to and as hard a pill that was to swallow to her friends that's her exact and only reason.
Chaeyoung was toxic and loving her definitely takes effort and maybe even parts of her sanity but she loved her nevertheless, Jisoo loved her even if it hurts
Even if most of the times they would end up in a screaming match and shattered glass, public fights and toxic arguments.
"I'm going out tonight" She casually informs Chaeyoung who's sitting in the living room watching TV. They don't live together but the blonde pretty much lived there with her considering the amount of time she spends at Jisoo's place
"With who?" Chaeyoung nonchalantly asks but Jisoo knows better than think that Chaeyoung doesn't care who she goes out with
"Just Lisa"
The TV turns off and she hears a scuffle suggesting that Chaeyoung stood up from the sofa and is now headed to where she is, "Just Lisa?" Chaeyoung repeats
"..."
Chaeyoung looked at her with the same look she'd had over the years
"Jennie might tag along" Jisoo caves and Chaeyoung rolls her eyes
"I knew it!" she exclaims
"What's the big deal? It's just Jennie" Jisoo defends
"THE Jennie that had a crush on you?"
"The Jennie that's been married to my bestfriend"
"So? Same person"
"I don't care. I'm going" Jisoo says with finality

"Jichu!" Lisa called her bestfriend, she didn't expect the girl to show up since Chaeyoung always gets crazy jealous whenever any girl is around Jisoo other than Lisa
"Glad you can ditch your crazy girlfriend" Lisa whispers to Jisoo and right on cue Chaeyoung appears behind Jisoo which immediately put a frown on Lisa's face - she hated that girl.
"Chaeyoung!" Lisa greets, "I wasn't informed you'd be joining us" she smiled at the blonde girl both of them knowing its fake
"Well if you invite my girlfriend to strip club you better know that the only person allowed to strip in front of her is coming" Chaeyoung nonchalantly says and Lisa tries to choke back her vomit
After minutes of excruciating awkwardness the alcohol finally took effect and it took effect in the highest level
Jisoo and Chaeyoung were dirty dancing on the dance floor while Lisa and Jennie watch them in amusement as another girl seemed to 'innocently' fell unto Jisoo
Chaeyoung immediately pulled away the girl to her girlfriend, possessive of what is hers. She was ready for a fight but Jisoo the ever calm headed person dragged her away from the dance floor
Jisoo threw Lisa a quick look
...
Doors slamming shut and mouth occupied. It always ends like this - and Jisoo was both addicted and sick of it.
She could never let go of Chaeyoung despite the girl's constant screaming and anger and possessive issues - despite not being to go out alone and meet friends.
Chaeyoung had her on a leash, she had Jisoo by the neck and she was not going to let go. She was vicious and maybe that was the reason they could never let go of each other.
At this point Jisoo knew she was bound to receive another noise complain but she doesn't mind - and on cue Chaeyoung shouts her name in that tone she always adored.
Oh how she don't mind.
