Cheryl and Tre: Goodbye Means Hello

Part 8

"Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday to you, Happy birthday dear Cheryl; Happy birthday to you!"

Cheryl found herself blushing like crazy as she wandered into the dining room that morning, everyone instantly singing 'Happy Birthday' to her and cheering away. Her mother was there, as well as her aunties Claire and Evelyn, cousins Georgia, Kelly, Max, and Kyle. However, what surprised her even more was the fact that Tori had come as well, which was a nice surprise as she only thought she'd be seeing her on the night.

"Why thank you darling for coming to my birthday breakfast; love ya." she grinned, kissing her cheek. Tori laughed, squeezing her arm.

"Girl, you know I wouldn't have missed it for the world. I gotta talk to you anyway." she gave her a knowing look, leading Cheryl to bite her lip before pouting her lips together in the most innocent fashion.

Cheryl then went on and hugged the rest of her family, her mother showering her face in kisses while Max decided to give her the famous birthday hits in the arm. Cheryl then took a seat between Lily and Nicola, before all of them began tucking into their breakfast, the food going down extremely well with everyone. They all chatted away together and laughed as they did so, Cheryl really enjoying having all of her family and friends around to celebrate such a special day with her. Considering everything she'd gone through in life, it really was a blessing to have made it to yet another birthday and she was enjoying every second of it so far.

After their very filling breakfast that had left them feeling completely stuffed, it was then time for Cheryl to go ahead and open her gifts. She opened the ones from her cousins first, having received a variety of different perfumes and lotions from Kelly and Georgia, as well as several pairs of Ray Bans and Gucci sunglasses from Garry, a yellow Juicy Couture tracksuit from her cousin Max, and a plush Newcastle United tracksuit from her cousin Kyle. She had received a pair of shiny, black combat style lace up heeled boots from her mother along with a leather jacket and some pale blue skinny jeans, the gift leading her to literally rush around to the other side of the table and kiss her mother repeatedly on the cheek.

Nicola had given her some new pajamas, all of which were shorts and vest tops with loads of designs on the different ones, and then had given her another gift with some underwear sets on, leading Cheryl to gasp while Nicola repeatedly winked at her, everyone else laughing away at the playful pair. Lily had given her three pairs of Jordans; one pair being black and white, another pair being pink and black, and the final pair being yellow, black, and blue; while Nadine had given her a ton of make up from Ulta, as well as loads of glow in the dark nail polish, which was a new addiction of hers and wanted everyone to try it. Sarah had given her a variety of different bath sets and oils, which were good for massages or for going in the bath, as well as a couple bottles of wine, which of course made everyone laugh as it was just a typical gift from Sarah. She had even opened her gift from Kimberley, which consisted of a comfy purple Juicy Couture tracksuit, a pair of comfortable purple slipper boots, and some new earrings and a bracelet. Even Tori had gone as far to get Cheryl a gift - getting her a box of chocolates and a set of a dozen lipsticks of different colors, a couple of them being 'glow in the dark', which excited Cheryl at the thought. All in all, Cheryl had been quite spoiled and was extremely grateful for each and every one of her friends and family, it all making her smile to herself as she was just so happy.

While the others were all just chatting away, Cheryl had wandered over to the other side of the table, plonking on Kyle's now empty seat that was beside Tori - Kyle, Garry, and Max all having gone to the pool to sunbathe for a bit.

"So, my brother casually wanders back into the hotel suite smiling like a loon this morning, right. Mind you, I'm already out of my bedroom and now sat on the sofa, because you know I had discovered that he wasn't there. Anyway, he comes in smiling away, I ask why, and he proceeds to tell me that he was with you all night. Now, ma'am, if you could so kindly give me your side of the story. However, if it involves the two of you doing that particular thing, you can leave that out." Tori told her, screwing her face up at the end. Cheryl just burst out laughing, shaking her head as she nudged her.
