It seemed as though time had come to a standstill as Mel B frantically shouted for help and for someone to call for emergency services, as Cheryl was completely out cold on the floor. Mel stayed beside her friend and stroked her hair and her cheek, trying to get her to come round.

"Mel, what happened?!"

Mel looked up at the sound of shouting, seeing Lily, Garry, Lee, as well as Simon, Dermot, and Louis rushing towards her.

"We were just talking and she put her hand on her stomach and her face screwed up like she was in pain; next thing I know she was out." She frantically explained.

"Okay we need to calm down; ambulance is on its way." Simon replied; though his voice was shaking with nerves.

"Cheryl, please wake up darling – it's okay, you're gonna be just fine." Mel spoke softly, still stroking Cheryl's cheek to try and get her to wake up a bit. Cheryl was none the wiser; she was still completely unconscious and now everyone was worried.

Soon enough, the ambulance arrived – the emergency crew coming in and lifting Cheryl onto a stretcher, before wheeling her out of the doors towards the waiting vehicle. Garry, Lily, and Lee were following in the car while Mel would be on the ambulance with Cheryl. She barked orders to Simon and Louis, telling them to look after both hers and Cheryl's acts before rushing out and into the vehicle.

"What happened, ma'am?" one of the paramedics asked whilst a couple others were hooking different monitors up to Cheryl's body.

"We were talking and I don't even know; she put her hand on her stomach and her face drained of color, she looked like it hurt as well; next thing I knew she was out." Mel explained, still keeping a tight hold of Cheryl's arm. The paramedic went to speak when Cheryl suddenly groaned, though it was clear that she was still quite weak and confused. She slowly opened her eyes, though they were still a bit glossed over as she wasn't herself yet.

"Hi, Miss Cole – we're taking you to the hospital, you're going to be okay." The paramedic spoke. Cheryl's look of confusion turned to pure panic which Mel quickly noticed. She squeezed Cheryl's hand, leading Cheryl to turn her head and look at her.

"Hey, Cheryl it's me – it's okay, you're going to be okay, I promise." Mel whispered before kissing her forehead. Little tears dropped down Cheryl's cheeks; she was scared and confused and just wanted to know what was happening to her.

"Mel, my stomach really hurts – do you think it's my period?" she whimpered, looking up at her. Mel swallowed, stroking Cheryl's tears away from her face with her thumb. She knew straight away what Cheryl was possibly thinking, and knew exactly why Cheryl was asking that question.

"I certainly hope that's all it is." Was all she could manage to whisper before watching as Cheryl's eyes closed again, just as they were approaching the hospital...

Tre felt like he had only just gone to sleep when his phone suddenly started ringing. He groaned to himself and rolled over, checking the time on the digital clock that was on his bedside table and noticing that it was still dark outside as well – 5:20AM.
