After their rather eventful morning , Cheryl and Tre finally got dressed for the day - Tre dressing in a pair of khaki cargo shorts and a grey t-shirt along with some grey Vans trainers, while Cheryl dressed in a pair of denim shorts, a white vest top and a pair of white flip flops, the bright colors contrasting perfectly with her naturally tanned skin. She left her face make-up free, much of Tre's delight as he thought she was naturally beautiful anyway. She scrapped her hair back into a messy yet stylish ponytail, before she and Tre finally made their way downstairs. Shirley was sat at the table with Sandra, having some coffee and toast while Tori was over at the coffee machine, looking as though she'd just rolled out of bed.

"Morning." they both greeted as they strolled into the kitchen. Everyone looked up, smiling at the happy couple.

"Well good morning you two beautiful children." Shirley greeted, jumping up to make them both some toast while Sandra pulled Cheryl down to sit beside her.

"How are you this morning, sweetheart?" she asked her.

"I'm great thank you, Sandra; and you?" Cheryl replied, smiling at her. Sandra gave her a look, smiling.

"I'm fantastic darling, it's a beautiful day.." she then leaned closer, "And you have a glow going on like no other so I know what you and my grandson have been up to."

"Oh my god." Cheryl burst out giggling, attracting the attention of Tre, who had been texting away on his phone whilst talking to his mother.

"Grandmother, what have you said to my girlfriend?" he asked, raising an eyebrow, leading Shirley and Tori to smirk as it was always unpredictable what Sandra would come out with; the old woman definitely being a rather outrageous woman who had no problem saying what came to mind.

"I said nothing to her, dearest grandchild; I was just asking her if she slept well and she started giggling." Sandra pulled an innocent look before taking a sip of her coffee. Tre raised an eyebrow at her as he chuckled while Shirley and Tori giggled away as they came back to the table.

"You know mom, I really do not believe that - God knows what you've sat there and told that poor girl." Shirley smirked, sitting Cheryl's cup of coffee down in front of her along with another plate of toast. Cheryl thanked her, finally managing to calm down slightly from her giggles. Tre watched her for a second, biting his lip before sitting across from her. Cheryl smiled at him, her dimples glowing, which made his heart melt as he looked at her.

"Love you." he mouthed.

"Love you more." she mouthed back, before starting to eat her toast and drink her coffee.

The five of them began chatting away together; just talking about the randomest of things - Cheryl animatedly discussing he new projects that were coming up, telling them all about her new album and such and any other things they could talk about. After they finished eating breakfast, Shirley tidied up the table - though of course Cheryl helped her as she always did that when she'd come visit. While they were tidying up the kitchen, Tori went upstairs to have a shower and get dressed for the day as she was getting the train to New York, while Tre and his grandmother went off to the living room to chat for a bit.

"Wow son; that girlfriend of yours is still just as hilarious as ever." Sandra laughed to herself as she sat in the arm chair. Tre chuckled, nodding as he sat on the sofa that was along the wall near where the arm chair was in the corner.

"She is; she's literally had me laughing since the day we got back together - which was actually two weeks ago today; no wonder I'm feeling so soppy with her today." he said before suddenly realizing what the day was, making him laugh to himself. Sandra chuckled to herself, loving to see her grandson so giddy and happy. This was all she had ever wanted for Tre, was for him to be with someone who loved him just as much as he loved that person - and Cheryl was just that person for him. She had been a little upset when Tre had come home and revealed the news that he and Cheryl had mutually agreed to split, as she had quite loved Cheryl - Cheryl being pretty much the only girlfriend of Tre's that had actually made the effort of and had quite enjoyed getting to know the family. Now, she was more than happy that the two were back together - and she hoped that this time, it would last for the years to come.
