Audrey's pov

It's been a weeks now since Nicki and Andre fixed things and to be honest I hated that.

She was always in the house and I'm just glad she ignored my presence, I wouldn't want another repeat of the fighting episode.

I'm currently chilling by the pool with heather on call.

I miss this weirdo.

She knows all about me and Andre now, and I just really wish I could be there with her, to go cake tasting, dress fitting, decor choosing, venue, etc etc.

Maybe I'd enjoy being there for her as I didn't enjoy any of my pre wedding arrangements.

"Yeah girl...look I have something to ask you" she said and I put my drink on the glass table next to me.

"What's up" I asked and she smiled.

"Will you be my maid of honour?" She asked and I nodded my head yes.

"Took ya long enough to ask" I said and she laughed.

Then a redhead girl appeared behind heather wrapping her arms around her neck.

And heather giggled, I felt uneasy seeing that.

"Ahh, you must be Audrey, hi, I'm Regina" the redhead said and I faked a smile which I guess convinced them as they both didn't seem to notice.

Regina joined the video call and minutes later I felt as if I wasn't there, ofcourse physically I'm not there but I'm on the call, it feels like they are ignoring me.

I ended up ending the call then I layed back and closed my eyes. Thought I'd never see the day heather got close with someone else besides me, is it so wrong as to want your bestfriend all for yourself?

Earthquake!!!

I abruptly got up after being vigorously shaked.

My eyes finally adjusted and there Infront of me stood Taylor.

Ain't no way, he's here. Slowly a smile made it to my face and I jumped on him.

He caught me and embraced me, I missed him so much.

"Where's mom and dad?" I asked as I looked behind him and saw Andre's whole family but mom and dad.

Before he could answer me Mrs Hampton, Melissa and Mr Hampton, Derek approached me with big smiles plastered on their faces.

I gave both of them a hug and Melissa slowly looked at me from top to bottom.

Ok.

"Ohh honey, I haven't seen you in a while, it seems my son haven't been cooking for you and taking care of the house haha" Melissa joked and Derek joined in in her.

I also laughed, but if   being honest with my self I'm laughing because it seems like the right thing to do right now.

"Ohh seems like the wife and in laws are joing about me" Andre came out of no where and stood next to me.

He wrapped his arm around my shoulder and pulled me closer.

My nostrils flared with his scent, his musky minty, with a tint of pomegranate cologne is one to die for.

Andre really smells good.

I turned my head to him.
Time to act like I'm in love with him.

Aaaaaaaand.........Action!

"Love, why didn't you tell the family was coming over, I would've whipped something" I pouted and he flicked my nose.

"Because babe, how would it have been a surprise had I told you" he raised an eyebrow.

"Ok, what a lovely surprise, babe" I chuckled and looked back up to his parents who had smiles on their faces.

"Babe, I gotta go order takeout for tonight" Andre said and was about to leave when I pulled his hand, for a minute he had a shocked face, I too, was shocked I did that.

"Uhm, why order when I'll cook" I asked.

"Today you are taking a break from the stove, whether you like or not, now what would you like to have?" He asked and a I heard a 'awww' from his mom and my stupid arse brother.

"Ohh, but I'm cooking tommorw, anything you get for me is fine as long as it's not sushi" i said and he replied with 'i know you don't like sushi' then left.

I swear Andre is the greatest actor of all time.

He's a G-acoat, get it?

Later on in the day I noticed two more cars arrive, one was a black car and the other was the too familiar shiny pink car belonging to none other than the mistress herself.

Nicki Rodriguez.

We both had a stare off as she and Anabella walked through the door like they own the place.

I snorted at how Nicki rolled her eyes at me  then I made my way to the kitchen to pour myself a glass of sparkling flavoured water.

I went back outside and sat on one of the black inflatable chairs placed outside with my brother Taylor.

Taylor filled me in on everything, he told me our older sister is pregnant, though when she tells me I'm supposed to act like it's a surprise.

I mean Taylor and I are twins, we tell each other almost everything, well not everything from my side, but I wish I could spill the beans on my life.

I'm tired of feeling like I'm water trapped in a bottle.

I regret so much, I feel very bad for getting married and leaving poor Adam all alone, if only I could turn back time and rebel against my family but apparently the past is what shapes ur future.

Ouk, maybe this chapter was a bit off-ish idk, but I'm really sorry.

Thing is, I skipped this chapter coz my mind thought I was done writing this chapter so I continued on to the next chapter only to realise i forgot to write something's in this chapter that led to the scene's in the other chapter.
